Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, besonders dank des herzlichen und aufmerksamen Personals sowie der sauberen und gepflegt
Pros:

Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und ordentlich hergerichtet. Es wurde stets auf Sauberkeit geachtet, was wir sehr positiv fanden. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts einwandfrei, was bei der großen Hitze besonders wichtig und sehr angenehm war.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, herzlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden immer sehr nett behandelt und haben uns dadurch willkommen gefühlt.

Cons:

Die Wasserversorgung in der Dusche war leider nicht immer zuverlässig. Manchmal gab es nur kaltes Wasser, und gelegentlich kam sogar gar kein Wasser.

Die Frühstückszeit empfanden wir als etwas zu kurz, und auch die Check-out-Zeit ist unserer Meinung nach recht früh. Wenn man beispielsweise bereits um 9 Uhr auschecken muss, bleibt kaum genug Zeit, in Ruhe zu frühstücken und anschließend die Sachen zu packen.

Ein weiterer negativer Punkt war, dass im Frühstücksbereich geraucht wurde. Für Nichtraucher ist das unserer Meinung nach besonders während des Essens unangenehm.

Pros:

Accueil au top ! Prise en charge immédiate du véhicule pour le parking, des valises jusqu à la chambre.
Situation top à une rue du boulevard bird de mer
Chambre spatieuse et fraîche en arrivant (le seul hôtel dans lequel nous sommes allés qui nous a permis d'être au frais en arrivant)
Petit balcon, petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix et un service top

Cons:

La salle du petit déjeuner un peu haut pour l'accès (j'étais avec ma tante de 82 ans)
Encore 2,3 améliorations à prévoir, discutées sur place, er ce serait parfait

Correcto para estancia en Saranda
Pros:

La señorita del hotel muy amable, siempre ayudando en todo. La cercanía del hotel al paseo. Buena habitación y baño

Cons:

El desayuno es bastante malo, tienen muchas cosas pero no están buenas. No tiene ascensor y hay que subir el equipaje por unas escaleras.

Pros:

The place was clean, super good location, close to the port and main street and beach, but far enough to be quiet in the evening and night. The staff was super friendly.

Cons:

The payment had to be made only in cash. Since they do not accept card, we had to withdraw cash from Albanian bank ATMs and left overpaying including all exchange rates and fees. At least they accept euros and Albanian lek.
They serve breakfast, but time window is quite short from 8 to 9:30, but given it's a small hotel it's understandable. Also selection of food was also quite poor.
The apartment had balcony, but on one side balcony is common for all suites divided by flower stands, so may not be comfortable for all people.
Overall, we paid last minute price, so it was cheaper, but without discount price is unjustifiable.

Pros:

Здесь есть все для полноценного отдыха. Все новое, чистое, есть все необходимые туалетные принадлежности. Отличное месторасположение, до пляжа 50 метров, рядом магазины, рестораны, остановка автобуса. Приятные хозяева, всегда на связи.

Une hospitalité exceptionnelle !
Ce qui fait le charme de cet hôtel, c'est avant tout son personnel. Tout le monde a été d'une gentille attention et de très bon conseil pour les restaurants locaux. L'ambiance est conviviale, le lit est extrêmement confortable et l'ambiance générale est très apaisante. Une adresse que je recommande les yeux fermés.
