A warm welcome and lovely place
Pros:

Loved.the location and the friendly,.warm.welcome.from.the staff. Good quality toiletries and good in-room amenities.

Cons:

Only downside was for the attic room, the bathroom was outside the room and down a few stairs. It was for my private use which was important to me.

Great little hotel in a small Scottish village.
Pros:

This hotel was a pleasant surprise - the room was a reasonable size for a country pub, it was well furnished and tidy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and the evening meal was good too, in the attractive and sizeable restaurant. The owners are clearly trying to please and they are succeeding.

Cons:

Our bathroom was pretty tiny.

Not acceptable. Room far too small for 2 beds.
Pros:

Food was ok and staff were friendly

Cons:

Room was tiny and two single beds squeezed into a tiny space- no room for our things. Beds were not next to each other but at opposite ends of the room. The whole arrangement was not acceptable and very claustrophobic
