​I had a wonderful stay at Fish Inn People Square Hotel. The rooms are surprisingly spacious and well-proportioned for this location, and having a café right inside the hotel.
​What stood out most was the incredible service. Due to a misunderstanding on my end, I hadn't realized that standard check-in ends at 8:00 PM (I had assumed based on Booking.com that there was 24/7 security staff who could assist, or perhaps a self-check-in code/key lockbox). Despite my flight landing at 11:30 PM, the receptionist kindly waited over 6.5 extra hours just to personally welcome me and hand over my keycard. I was so sorry to keep him waiting so late, but I was deeply grateful for his dedication and patience.

簡單乾淨 空間雖不算大 但應有盡有 離旗艦LV 星巴克 張園 吳江路約走路10分鐘即到.也算是住在一個大眷村中的民宅飯店,周遭有民居生活文化,早餐店,菜攤,水族館街(門口一串串蝗蟲鳴叫)獨特市地方文化

Очень понравился отзывчивый персонал, помог с нашими просьбами.Номера были чистыми, белье меняли каждый день, в том числе тапочки, косметические наборы, воду, полотенца. Рекомендую данную гостиницу, в пеший доступности до основных достопримечательностей.

Great central location, helpful staff, overall clean and very spacious for the price.

Cons:

The bed was on the second level up the stairs and on hot days all the heat travels up. AC was working well, but when you haven't been inside your room all day it's like walking into an oven at first.

Esta molt ben ubicat, aprop del metro i de la zona “moderna”. L’habitació era gran i molt ben equipada. En el mateix espai de l’hotel hi ha una cafeteria on prendre cafè i menjar un bon bagel.
