A Wonderful Stay with Beautiful Views
Pros:

A great hotel with beautiful views, comfortable rooms, and a modern atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, relaxing, and well organized. The touristic sightseeing tunnel was in front of the hotel. really enjoyed my stay and would happily come back!

Cons:

One small issue was the carpet in the corridors, which made it quite difficult and uncomfortable to move the luggage around.

The room was lovely and spacious. The hotel is in an excellent location and offers stunning views.

The rooms are in need of renovation, and cleanliness could also be improved. In addition, the hotel staff lack basic English-language skills, which resulted in communication difficulties and affected the quality of service we received.

Stunning location and view of the bund.
Pros:

Fabulous location. Awesome view.

Cons:

The gym not opening till 10 so I didn’t get there. The coffee shop also opening at 10.
