Ein Ort wo sich hohe Ideale in einem verwirklichten Paradies-Garten offenbaren - Bravo!
Pros:

Das Frühstück und Abendbuffet in DEMETER Bio Qualität ist wirklich außergewöhnlich GUT! Der ganze Ort und alles was dazu gehört wirkt wie ein Fünf Sterne Paradiesgarten, wo BIO und Gesundheit bis in kleinste Details verwirklicht wurden! Vollkommen wird das Ganze durch überaus freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Es ist ein Ort, wo man erleben kann wie wunderbar es ist wenn Menschen ein Ideal von gesundem Wohnen, Essen und Leben in die Tat umsetzen!

Cons:

Da fällt mir eigentlich nichts ein. Die relativ hohen Preise (für die Lage) werden durch das was man in allen Bereichen geboten bekommt absolut gerechtfertigt. Außerdem gibt es ja auch eine relativ breite Palette an Zimmer Ausstattungsangeboten.

Absolute Empfehlung
Pros:

Super toller Biohof mit durchgehendem Konzept. Es ist von den Unterkünften her für jeden etwas dabei. Von wenig Komfort und günstig bis mehr Komfort und hochpreisiger.

Wir haben in der Herberge übernachtet und hatten erst etwas Bedenken wegen des Gemeinschaftsbades. Aber es war alles tip top. Modern,alles da was man brauchen könnte und super sauber und gepflegt.

Pros:

Sehr leckeres Abendessen und Frühstück. Freundliches Personal, bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Es fand eine große Feier statt und war die Nacht über immer wieder sehr laut. Die Sauna ist klein und der Ruhebereich beengt.

Urlaub auf dem Land
Pros:

Unser Zimmer war mehr eine Wohnung (inkl. Küche) und lustig eingerichtet. Im Erdgeschoss ist der Hofladen, wo man sich mit allem Nötigen versorgen kann.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war in der Dépendance des Hotels, was für das Frühstück nicht optimal war. In der Nacht und am Morgen hing zudem ein merkwürdiger Geruch über dem Gebäudekomplex (nicht "normaler" Stallgeruch, den ich ja noch erwartet und akzeptiert hätte).

Das Gemeinschaftsbad war besser als viele Bäder die wir im Zimmer hatten.
Frühstück klasse frisch zubereiteten ei in jeder Form.
