Het hotel was schoon en de mevrouw bij de receptie was aardig.
Slecht contact te krijgen. Erg onpersoonlijk doordat je alles digitaal moet doen. Na 18.00 uur bellen kan niet.
Het was een hete dag en dan kom je in een oven terecht zonder ventilator of airco. De kamer was erg klein. Valt erg tegen ivm de prijs die je er voor betaalt. Echt veel te duur. Geen thermostaatkraan in de douche.
Bijna niets. Geen airco TV.te warme kamer. Te hoge opstap in de douche. Niet luxe genoeg voor de hoge prijs.

We hadden een bruiloft in het kasteel, wat maakte dat de ligging van het hotel fijn was
Slechte bedden en kussen, geen ventilatie, geen airco, er kon 1 raam open waar geen frisse lucht mee kwam maar wel veel insecten.
Er worden prachtige kamers geadverteerd, maar wij kregen voor €160,- echt een bagger kamer.
Daarnaast een zeer schaars ontbijt.
Property was very clean and sleeping was very comfortable. Beautiful location next to the castle. We were only here for 2 nights for a wedding at the castle.
Was only there for a wedding so it was perfect! However do keep in mind that location is a bit difficult to get to even though it is only about a 9 min car ride from Tiel train station taxi will charge between €30-€60 and the bus takes about 1 hour. Also there are no restaurants or food shops nearby (walked about 50 min for a Lidl)

Het bed was top en de kamer verder volledig. De digitale check in was ook goed geregeld. Bij vraag om tandenborstel konden ze aan de behoefte voldoen en extra handdoeken waren geen probleem.
De airco, die er zou zijn volgens personeel, deed het niet. De tv schermen waren weggehaald (we wilden het WK kijken).

The coffee machine still had an old cup in it and the water that came out was brown.
This tells me its not really being cleaned very well.
Simpele , mooie kamer, goede bedden en hele rustige ligging. De accommodatie zelf is helemaal prima.
De check-in ervaring was matig. Ik heb meermaals het hotel moeten bellen, de pre check in werkte niet, onduidelijk wanneer je dat überhaupt kan doen, vervolgens de link voor de sleutels werkte ook niet, daarvoor ook moeten bellen. Prima verblijf, heel vriendelijk personeel maar moeilijk om contact te leggen en onduidelijk proces. De sleutels via telefoon werkten daarna wel perfect.
Smiddags de lunch en de volgende morgen het ontbijt was goed verzorgd en lekker. Fijn breed bed. We vonden een raam op de kamer ook wel heel prettig.
Helaas geen föhn aanwezig! Is geen must maar zou wel handig zijn. Toilet dpielde niet goed door bij grote boodschap. Onze kamer was beneden, de trap is steil voir ons niet prettig 81 en 73 jaar, om met bagage naar beneden en naar boven te lopen.
Close to Kasteel Wijenburg, which I assume is the only reason anyone stays at this hotel.
Be aware that this hotel is a fully digital hotel. The check in is done through a website which has a very poor UI, the key card for your hotel room is digital which had some problems for me that I had to fix with the front desk, and there is no staff (or food) available on Sundays. If you are there in the summer, the rooms are extremely hot with no airco and a tiny window for ventilation. The hotel is also right next to a church that has loud bells going off every half hour. I think the most egregious scam of this hotel, though, is that they are very aware that most guests here are coming because of a wedding at Kasteel Wijenburg and yet the check in starts at 15.00 so if you request a bit earlier to be able to accommodate a wedding, they will charge 15 euros for early check in.
Het ontbijt en de omgeving waren zeker de moeite waard en genoeg parkeer ruimte
de kamers waren moeizaam bereikbaar vanaf de buitenkant via een brandtrap en een tussendeur met meteen daarachter weer een trap. De kamers waren groot, maar de wc was beperkt in ruimte en licht. En de bestelling van een lunch pakket was niet doorgegeven aan de keuken.
Kamer is super netjes! Goed verzorgd. Goede douche, goede parkeergelegenheid.
Afstand van Kasteel Wijenburg.
We hebben hier alleen overnacht, dus verder niet veel te vermelden.
Voor ons was er niets wat tegenviel.

Digitaal kunt inchecken en het bedienen van de deuren. kamer was prima en de voorzieningen ook. genoeg parkeerplekken.
