Hotel in wundervoller Lage und sehr gutem Frühstück
Pros:

Die Lage war wirklich zauberhaft, das Personal super zuvorkommend und das Zimmer außergewöhnlich sauber. Das Frühstück war eines der Besten in unserem Urlaub in Nordmazedonien. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Cons:

Wir hätten uns das Spa sauberer und besser ausgestattet (Batterien in den Lampen für Gemütlichkeit) gewünscht.

10 von 10 – Ein rundum wundervoller Aufenthalt!

Was für eine unglaublich schöne Unterkunft! Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das unfassbar freundliche, herzliche und immer gut gelaunte Personal. Man wurde nicht einfach nur als Gast behandelt, sondern hatte wirklich das Gefühl, Teil einer kleinen Familie zu sein. Da während unseres Aufenthalts nur wenige Gäste vor Ort waren, war die Atmosphäre besonders persönlich und familiär.

Unser Zimmer war großzügig geschnitten, modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bot eine fantastische Aussicht. Auch das Essen und die Getränke waren ausgesprochen lecker.

Ein absolutes Highlight war der wunderschöne Spa-Bereich, den wir ganz für uns alleine nutzen konnten. Einfach herrlich zum Entspannen!

Auch der kostenlose Parkplatz war ein weiterer Pluspunkt.

Es gibt wirklich nichts, was wir an unserem Aufenthalt auszusetzen hätten. Eine Unterkunft, die nicht nur durch ihre Ausstattung, sondern vor allem durch die Menschen, die dort arbeiten, etwas ganz Besonderes ist.

Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft von ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen!

Vielen Dank für diese wunderschöne Zeit und die außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft!

Enjoyable stay in Mavrovo
Pros:

Great location with wonderful view on the lake.
Relaxed atmosphere in the hotel and restaurant.
Kind and helpful staff (thanks Valon, Husi, Fisi, Lumi and Husi :-).
Nice spa included.
Very tasty breakfast and dinner with various options.
Comfortable apartment with great terrace and all amenities provided.
Housekeeping does an excellent job.
Special guests, a fox, came to say hello every so often.🙂

Cons:

Bit of a walk to the town centre.
Wi-fi was not always working as it should.

Excellent accueil du personnel qui est venu chercher nos valises et les a montées dans la chambre. Ils ont été très serviables, agréables et souriants durant tout notre séjour. Chambre très agréable et confortable avec vue sur le lac.

Nur auf den ersten Blick ist es nett, Komfort und Erholung jedoch Fehlanzeige.

Sehr Freundliches Personal, gutes Essen, schöne Ausstattung in Lobby/Bar/Restaurant/Terrasse, schöner Ausblick

Cons:

Spa riecht muffig und nach Abwasser, Duschen laufen nicht ab, Wellnessbereich liefert keinerlei Erholung, abblätternde Tapeten, Zimmertür ist nicht dicht und hat 1cm Spalt zum Falz, fleckige Bettwäsche, klebrige Flecken auf Zimmermobiliar und im Badezimmer, Spiegellicht im Bad und Deckenlicht im Flur funktioniert nicht, öffentliche Toiletten auf den Halbetagen sind nicht abschließbar und Schüsseln sind dreckig, kein warmes Wasser im Zimmer, die Dusche war eiskalt

Leuk hotel en vriendelijk personeel!

Heel vriendelijk personeel, mooie locatie, voldoende parkeerplekken en je kan ook nog eens gebruik maken van de spa.

Fijne plaats maar niet zo proper.
Pros:

Het personeel was zeer enthousiast, in de weer, vriendelijk. We vroegen lunch voor onze hike en ze stelden en fijn lunchpakket samen met snacks en dergelijke, heel fijn dat ze zoveel moeite doen. Onze kamer was nog niet gekuist bij aankomst maar we kregen wel een grotere kamer en veel excuses in de plaats, wat het zeker en vast goed maakte. De locatie is ook zeer goed, prachtig uitzicht op het meer, fijne plaats om gezellig te eten en te drinken.

Cons:

De hygiëne was ondermaats. Er werd echt niet goed gepoetst, zelfs de tafellakens van het diner/ontbijt werden niet gewassen, we zaten steeds op hetzelfde plekje en zagen de vlekken van de vorige keren.
De spa was ook niet goed, de sauna te koud, het stoombad veel te heet.
