Pros:

Personal super amable. Nos ayudaron con todo lo que pudieron y más. Las instalaciones, la habitación, las vistas del hotel…para repetir sin duda!!

The staff that were there were all lovely. Very friendly, helpful, couldn't do enough for us.

We wanted to be in Mavrovo, and this was very inexpensive for the location.

Views were stunning, common areas were very comfortable.

Cons:

There seemed a lack of management during our 2 days there.

The rooms were dated and showed a lot of wear and tear.

Lokacija hotela in pogled na jezero. Super prijazno osebje, tako na recepciji kot v baru.

Cons:

Hotel je kot izgleda prenovljen, vendar zelo slabo vzdrževan. Čistoča ne dosega standarov 4 zvezdničnega hotela. Smeti in čiki na strehi restavracije, kvarijo pogled na jezero. Škoda, ker je lokacija vrhunska.

Pięknie położony hotel z widokiem na jezioro. Pyszne śniadanie podawane w klimatycznej restauracji (z tarasem i widokiem). Cisza, spokój. Personel znakomity - kontaktowy, przyjazny, tworzący klimat :)

Cons:

Wyposażenie łazienki lata świetności ma już za sobą - zardzewiałe, popsute elementy.

Lag mejores vistas de Mavrovo.
Pros:

Todo el personal fue muy amable, tanto el de recepción como el del restaurante. La terraza es muy agradable, con vistas increíbles al lago, año igual que la habitación. El desayuno es muy bueno.

Cons:

El baño era extremadamente pequeño. Tenías que haber malabares para ducharte y entrar de uno en uno porque dos no cambian. Acceso a las habitaciones por escaleras, un poco molesto con el equipaje.
Nos dijeron que teníamos un día de spa incluido pero solo funcionaba el jacuzzi y una cama caliente, lo cual fue un poco decepcionante.

Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, niks is te veel. Spa service inclusief bij het verblijf. Schitterende omgeving. En heerlijk avond eten.

Cons:

Met zijn vieren in een kamer is ok, maar de badkamer is erg klein. Weinig mogelijkheden om je kleding op te hangen. Restaurants in de dichtbije omgeving in de zomer is beperkt.

Pros:

Old hotel but nice location. Very friendly staff

Cons:

We paid for breakfast but no staff had showed up by 8 am and we had to leave early due an appointment and we left without breakfast.

A huge thanks to the manager for helping me to organize the most beautiful surprise for my partner. He made sure everything was perfect.
Every request we had was met with a smile, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay special.
