Przekroczył moje oczekiwania
Pros:

Doskonała lokalizacja przy samym zamku i rynku. Przestronne przemyślane pokoje. Piękny projekt wnętrz samego hotelu. Doskonała restauracja śniadaniowa na parterze, w której je się śniadania z karty (bardzo dobre i super miła obsługa!). Super wygodne łóżka.

Cons:

Parking niby jest ale bardzo ciasny i jak będzie więcej gości albo krzywo postawią auta to może być problem z miejscem. W naszym pokoju tylko jedno okno dachowe dało się otworzyć, w nocy było duszno (chociaż w pokoju jest klimatyzacja). Dużo stromych schodów i brak windy - dla nas to nie był problem ale dla kogoś może być.

Pros:

Ubytování s krásným výhledem na zámek. Šikovný systém elektronických klíčů. Ocenili jsme také možnost úschovy kol. A to nejlepší nakonec - snídaně, to bylo opravdu nebe v hubě...

Cons:

Zvuková izolace by mohla být lepší, byly slyšet okolní pokoje. Navíc lidi, které ráno budí slunce, jako jsme my, budou mít problém s tím, že okna se nedají zcela zatemnit.

Apartamento muito amplo.

Cons:

Hotel não possui elevador (somente escadas). Não é adequado para idosos e pessoas com problemas de coluna. Muito difícil encontrar ajuda para auxiliar no transporte das malas. Tivemos que insistir muito na solicitação de ajuda para as malas.
Atendentes sem humanização.
Café da manhã muto fraco, com ausência de frutas, cereais, leite iogurte etc.

Citlivě rekonstruováno, krásné prostory, ochotný personál.

Cons:

Přes léto je důležité, aby v podkrovních apartmánech běžela klimatizace. Zatim to bez ní ještě šlo 🤭

Im Großen und Ganzen ein bequemer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Die Lage war optimal, das Frühstück sehr gut, leider morgens nur bis 9:00 Uhr.

Cons:

Es gab keinen Ansprechpartner an der Rezeption. Die Tür in der Dusche ließ sich nicht dicht schließen. Die Fenster im obersten Stockwerk ließen sich nicht öffnen, das Raumklima konnte nur über eine laut arbeitende Klimaanlage geregelt werden. Frische Luft war nicht möglich.

Great location, nice staff
Pros:

The check-in was completely online and with a code for all doors. The app made it really easy. The rooms are in an old buidling right under the castle. Great location and cosy atmosphere. Excellent breakfast.
