Disappointing Property
Pros:

Location is good if you want to have easy access to highway, be central to get to Sandton or Centurion. Restaurant are close, less than 1 km and Mall of Africa is a 5 min drive. The staff are extremely helpful and aim to please.

Cons:

The environment is cold, not well maintained, and definitely requires a clean up. The room decor is dark adding to a lack of coziness. Air conditioning barely works, curtains do not close properly letting light in early in the morning. Room corridor is noisy from around 6 am due to poor sound dampening in the passage.

Beautiful hotel, would stay again.
Pros:

Fabulous location, fabulous room, fabulous morning view across the field.
All staff were really welcoming. Felt very safe.

Cons:

Not much at all.

The stay was exceptional
Pros:

The Employees are all friendly and welcoming from Receptionist, Waiter, Manager, Cleaner they are very professional and that is what is called customer retention. They create a pleasant environment. I felt welcomed and my kids enjoyed every moment.

Cons:

The stay was exceptional, but the Hotel should be flexible in checking in earlier especially if it communicated.
The cleaners can start with the room that requires early check in. So i think these a communication breakdown among the departments.
