Pros:

Everything was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful, the location is fantastic, the building itself and the surrounding terrace and grounds were exceptional. Every care has been taken to create a very relaxing stay.

Cons:

A tiny issue, but there was very little storage (furniture/drawers) in our room.

Wonderful location and building, a place straight out of a fairy tale. Fine wine, stunning view.

Cons:

The breakfasts were very poor. A disappointment in this regard. Furthermore, the staff made no effort to overcome the language barrier; we sat with empty glasses and bread baskets, and no one offered a refill on their own. After breakfast, we rushed to a shop, half-starving, to buy juice and a pastry. Based on this experience, we didn't even dare to have dinner here and ate elsewhere instead.

Lovely old property with great staff
Pros:

The staff were lovely. The old terrace where drinks and food served was really pleasant with great views.
We liked our room which was big and airy and sympathetically refurbished, and had a great view.

Cons:

The climb up the hill back from the beach!! 😂

From the moment I arrived, I felt like I had stepped into the world of Bridgerton. The hotel is absolutely stunning, with elegant architecture, beautiful gardens, and a peaceful, luxurious atmosphere. Every corner feels unique and full of history.

A romantic paradise in Malaga
