Een geweldig hotel in het hart van Haarlem
Pros:

De locatie in het midden van het centrum van Haarlem was super. De kamer was groot en van alle gemakken voorzien o.a. een minibar met gratis drankjes, waaronder bier en wijn. Mijn kamer werd ge-upgrade naar een suite met stoomcabine. Het ontbijt werd op de kamer geserveerd en was zeer uitgebreid. Personeel was zeer gastvrij.

Cons:

Geen enkele opmerking. Alles was dik in orde!

Exceptional - there is a reason I have stayed here more than once!
Pros:

Excellent location, exceptional service and the rooms are amazing, attention to detail is everywhere you look - there is a reason that I have stayed here more than once! Breakfast is just lovely, presented well and delicious - makes you feel like you are truly appreciated as a guest. This is not just a hotel, this is a place that makes you feel welcome, special and valued - VIP all the way!

Een kort maar comfortabel verblijf.
Pros:

De locatie in het centrum van Haarlem.

Cons:

De badkamer welke een doorzichtige glazen kooi is in de kamer. Op z’n minst had men met folie de wanden ondoorzichtig kunnen maken.
