Amazing hotel, perfect service, super friendly staff 👌
Pros:

First of all, all reception was super friendly, professional and helpful. We had a great time from check-in till check out. Room was so clean, big facility, comfortable. Breakfast service was so nice. Not much to say, definitely recommended. It was my first stay at Brass Hotel Suites, I will always book same hotel when I visit Haarlem again. Thank you for great service.

top locatie en hele mooie grote kamer inclusief drankjes!
Pros:

enorm bubbelbad midden in de kamer, de bubbels waren wel zachtjes maar dat zal vast met overlast voor andere kamers te maken hebben.

de lift kan je beter niet nemen

Pros:

Läget var toppen. Enormt generöst att bjuda på allt i minibaren.

Cons:

Det enda som var märkligt var duschen i rummet (utan frostat glas). Kniv att skära osten som fanns i kylen saknades.

Perfect Hotel for a Visit in Haarlem.
Pros:

The Brasss is the perfect location for exploring Haarlem. The staff was very welcoming and helpful and oh my, som many great treats around the property. Also, the room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for others!
