Zweckmäßige Unterkunft, die ich aber nicht nochmal buchen werde
Pros:

Die Lage ist Zentral gelegen in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof Süd und zur U und S Bahn.

Das Appartement war sauber und die angegebene Ausstattung war vorhanden.

Cons:

Liegt mitten in einem Drogen Hotspot. Drogenabhängige haben sich teilweise im Windfang und im Flur des Gebäudes aufgehalten.

Insgesamt war unser Appartement doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer entsprachen nicht den Fotos in der Anzeige.

Als Alleinreisende Frau hätte ich mich in der Unterkunft nicht sicher gefühlt.

Cons:

No hay ascensor para maletas con lo que si estás en el 4, 5 etc es un suplicio subir maletas grandes. En la.zona hay bastante gente con drogas incluso en las escaleras de acceso a los apartamentos

Pros:

Nos hemos alojado dos noches separadas al hacer dos escalas en la ciudad...la primera el apartamento era grande, con dos dormitorios y una cocina aceptable...la segunda ni siquiera eso , que era lo único bueno...el segundo apartamento era una habitacion única para los cuatro con pésima equipacion.

Cons:

Lo peor que la ubicación es en una zona de aspecto horrible llena de gente consumiendo drogas (y eso que era de dia, de noche ni nos hemos atrevido a asomarnos con los niños)...el ascensor no funciona y nos toco un cuarto, subir con las 4 maletas y dos niños ha sido horroroso...el apartamento tenia todas las baldosas del baño levantadas, que era un peligro salir descalzo de la ducha haciendo equilibrio para no cortarte. La vitrocerámica no enciende cuando hemos ido a calentar la cena y tampoco hay microondas ni horno ni nada donde calentar algo, asi que la cocina de adorno...un desastre de eleccion

i know you try to manage things but this case your management is totally lower than expectation.
Cons:

having changed of place without notice clearly. have to move far away from city so my plan was ruined and the accommodation was not planned properly. i got cheated by taxi driver which hotel provided. Overall experience was totally catastrophic terrible. In this case, you should provide other hotel nearby instead and should let me know in advance for making decision!

staff tried to open the door and then knocked and banged on the door very loud and talked to the inside way before the check out time saying he needed to clean the room… had we not locked the room he’d get in (he still did because I left the door closed but unlocked after talking to him saying it’s not even close to check out time… he still did not respect it). He was also very rude and to be honest didn’t have a very clean look. Given the area we were in we did not even know if it was for real. Other than this big inconvenience one of my pillow had a small red stain that looked like blood and the area is very very sketchy. We were three >1,90m men and still felt somewhat unsafe. Check out online didn’t work, room was only ready 1 hour after the said check in

Schwierig zu sagen, an Sich wäre die Ausstattung des Zimmers gut gewesen.

Cons:

Unsauber und keinerlei Reaktionen auf Meldungen darüber. Es wurde in 3 Tagen nicht einmal geputzt.

Die schnelle Anbindung zum Hauptbahnhof.

Es war sehr minimalistisch eingerichtet, der Teppich Boden war nicht mehr schön und leider war es nur Besen rein es wurde anscheinend schon länger nicht richtig geputzt.
Die Balkon Türen waren defekt und es war extrem heiß und die Aufzüge waren auch defekt und wir mussten in den 5 Stock gehen.
