Cons:

Es war überhaupt nicht das Appartement was wir gebucht hatten und warum wir es nicht bekommen haben ist bis heute unbeantwortet!
Es ist eine tolle Taktische Idee dem Gast nicht mitzuteilen dass es keine Möglichkeit gibt für unsere Gruppe. Es wurde uns kommentarlos eine Zimmerkarte gegeben und wir sind im Trott zum Nebengebäude um dann festzustellen, dass zwei Betten fehlen…
Eine andere Gruppe stand auch mit uns an der Rezeption und hier war es ein Wasserschaden?

redelijk verblijf dicht bij de alte stadt

locatie dichtbij oud stad van Hamburg

Cons:

Gedurende vijf dagen-verblijf is er geen roomservice geweest. Daarnaast zaten er diverse keren junkies in de portiek waarover je heen moest stappen.

Hätte mir etwas mehr erwartet
Cons:

Von 33 Bildern auf Booking nahezu keines so ausgesehen wie es real war. Nachtkästchen kaputt, Flecken am Teppich, Fliesen Badezimmerboden gebrochen, Einstieg zur Dusche ca. 30 cm hoch, Lift defekt, Fußboden hat geknarrt, Vorhänge teilweise herunter gebrochen,. Im 4 Stock nahezu null Wasserdruck beim Duschen. Reinigungszustand Eingangsbereich uns Stiege mangelhaft. Mängel im Hotel am ersten Tag gemeldet nix passiert. Von den Obdachlosen und Drogenabhängigen im Bereich der Eingangstür will ich gar nix sagen is halt die Gegend um den Bahnhof.

Das Hotel hat sein Zweck erfüllt, wenn man ein Überbrückung benötigt.
Pros:

Frühstück war vielseitig und ausreichend. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Der Hauptbahnhof ist zu Fuß erreichbar.
Das Zimmer war sehr groß.

Cons:

Die Umgebungslautstärke war sehr laut und im Aufgang des Hotels trafen sich Personen mit Drogen Problemen.

Wir kommen seit 2024 gern hierher.
Pros:

Wir nehmen immer das selbe Apartment, wenn es frei ist. Die Größe ist optimal. Es ist alles drin, was man benötigt.
Die Bedienung an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksraum ist immer freundlich und gut gelaunt.

Pros:

Close to main station, quiet back street plus our rooms were towards a backyard, completely silent, which is rare around Hamburg hbf.

Rooms clean and well equipped.

Cons:

Dodgy neighborhood of course, and entrance quite often occupied by people taking drugs. No elevator, so depends a bit on which floor you get. One of our rooms barely had water in the shower, the other one OK.

Pros:

Amplitud de los dormitorios y de la vivienda en general.

Cons:

El entorno y el barrio de noche, no resultaba seguro.
El ascensor no funcionaba.
