Pros:

Konum mükemmel, tesis güzel

Cons:

Kalan kişi sayısı azdı, hatta tesisi kapalı zannettim. Giriş kapısı kapalıydı ışıkların çoğu kapalıydı. Kahvaltı kötüydü.
Daha önce de konakladığım bu tesisten bu sefer çok mutlu ayrılmadım.

Très bon hôtel, bien situé dans un parc loin du tumulte de la ville
Chambre spacieuse et confortable malgré une décoration un peu hold school
Piscine immense et très agréable

Cons:

Petit déjeuner un peu cheap pour un hôtel de ce standing, peut largement être amélioré

Pros:

When I visit Haskovo, this is always the hotel I choose, and the reason is simple: I feel at home here. The staff are like family, the location is absolutely wonderful, surrounded by nature yet very close to the city center. The service is truly exceptional.

Pros:

Camera spaziosa e confortevole.

Cons:

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel durante un caldo viaggio estivo in moto, con l'obbiettivo di trovare un po' di relax in piscina.
Siamo arrivati alle 17:45 e la piscina era già chiusa.
Personale inetto e poco educato.

Pros:

Camerele sunt spatioase, echipate cu toate cele necesare. Paturile sunt mari, potrivite pt familii cu copii micuti. Exista si camere fara balcon, dar cu o canapea (de 2 persoane). Hotelul este amplasat intr-un parc, dispune de parcare. Micul dejun a fost foarte bun, ai de unde sa alegi.

Extremely bad stay and VERY POOR SERVICE. YOU WILL BE YELLED AT!!!

The room was ok-ish...we only stayed the night on our way to Greece..we don't recommend though!

Cons:

Breakfast was horrible. Not 4 stars. We had the vip room. Breakfast supposedly served from 7am until 10 am buffet. We arrived at 9 am for breakfast in the restaurant. Don't be fooled, the tables were all on the margin of the 'ballroom' and the buffet was tucked in a lost corner next to the kitchen entrance. Everything was either solid cold (eggs, pie, cakes) or spoiled (feta cheese was clay like, which means old and passed expiration, the tomatoes smelled like they were spoiled). The coffee was one of those 3 in 1 instant bs. I would expect that at a 2star motel not 4 star hotel. When we asked for a manager, she went ape on us. We were told we were crazy, and that everything about breakfast was great. As a manager she did not take one second to alleviate her guests. Overall horrible. If you want a stale breakfast and a horrid 3 in 1 instant coffee stay here. But for the 100 euros that we paid you can find better.
