Pros:

i stay in this property for 2 night ,the staff at this Property were extremely cooperative and professional across all departments ,including Reception's& B, Housekeeping ,and the Kitchen Department ,Everyone was polite ,friendly and genuinely cared about making guest feel comfortable .a Special thanks to Chef & F&B team who personally interacted with guest and ensured everything was perfect .
the food was absolutely delicious and the mocktails were amazing .i had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the excellent hospitality .
i would definitely recommended this property to anyone planning a trip to Kolkata ,i look forward to visiting again on my next trip
