Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

The front office staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. On check-in, the bedsheets, pillow covers, and blanket covers provided were clearly not fresh or properly washed. Despite repeatedly insisting that they had already been changed, it was only after I pointed out visible dust, hair, and dirt that they finally replaced them.

The staff’s attitude was disappointing, as they were more interested in denying the issue than resolving it promptly.

Another major disappointment was the so-called “breakfast included.” It was extremely poor in quality and variety. There were no eggs or any other protein-rich options. Breakfast was limited to basic items like puri-sabji or bread with jam, which falls well below the standard one would expect from a hotel offering complimentary breakfast.

Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and substandard breakfast made the stay unpleasant. I would strongly advise travelers to consider other hotels if they value hygiene, hospitality, and a decent breakfast.

Worst experience. Shity hotel

Hotel staff was active

Cons:

The room in which i was staying was full of cockroaches. There were many cockroaches roaming on the bed too. I made a complaint regarding the situation but nothing happened. I wanted some refund but the hotel management did nothing.

Be very disappointing stay
Pros:

There was no breakfast. Bedsheets were dirty. Staff was uncooperative. Tea waps served in unhygienic manners. Neither we will stay at this property next time nor will I recommend to my known people
