Beautiful hotel in a stunning beachside part of Santorini
Pros:

This is a truely beautiful hotel in a fabulous location right across the very quiet (and closed in the evening) road. The facilities were great but I must say the stand out was the staff. Everyone was helpful, kind and able to assist with everything we needed. We loved our room and especially the second bathroom for our 16 year old son travelling with us. The pools, beach facilities, bar, meals (we stayed half board) and location was great. The family room was really good for us.
This is a very special place to stay especially for a family that has traveled across the world to be here.

Cons:

We found it quite expensive but then realised we were right on high season. It was worth it!

Great stay.
Pros:

If you are looming for beachfront in Santorini, this is the place to be. Great location, friendly staff, clean.

Cons:

There was no coffee machine in the room, the bed could use some updating and also the TV which had a bad reception of the frequency/lack of signal and the fact that it was not a smart TV made it impossible to use. The breakfast could be better.

La struttura, la posizione vicinissima alla spiaggia

Cons:

Il servizio spiaggia. Alcune persone incivili occupavano i pochi ombrelloni disponibili sin dal mattino posizionando i teli da mare sui lettini nell’ indifferenza più totale da parte della direzione, da me più volte avvisata. Un vero peccato e dire che ho scelto il vs albergo soprattutto per la spiaggia privata

Habitación muy grande y muy buena ubicación , recomendable para una sobrevalorada Santorini
El sitio es de lo mejorcito de Santorini , playa espectacular y agua súper clara.

Cons:

El recepcionista de la tarde un poco prepotente con los clientes , no sabe nadie “ donde ha empatado” pero ahí está con soberbia y no tratando bien a a los clientes , el resto del personal excelente.
El WIFI y la cobertura no funciona nada , perfecto para desconectar !!

Relax totale!
Pros:

Lo staff estremamente gentile e disponibile. Hanno soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta.
Posizione da 10 e lode a perissa, semplicemente attraversando la strada si raggiunge la spiaggia privata dell’hotel. Piscina bella e pulita, perfetta per rilassarsi.
Colazione buona.

Cons:

La stanza è leggermente sovrapprezzata per quello che offre e per essere un 5 stelle, con 2 letti singoli e non 1 matrimoniale! La culla del bambino non aveva la base di legno montata, ma solo poggiata, e tutti ciò non era visibile, abbiamo rischiato che nostro figlio si facesse male!
I lettini riservati ai clienti sulla spiaggia non sono sufficienti per tutti, se arrivi tardi rischi di non trovare posto!

Accueil et personnel adorable. L’emplacement est top et les piscines très agréables. Nous avons adoré 😊

Cons:

Le buffet des repas n’étaient pas exceptionnels, mais le menu à la carte compense. Par contre, le buffet du petit déjeuner est plutôt sympa.
