Pros:

Зручне розташування на об'їзній дорозі, якщо проїздом в місті і не хочеться заїжати в саме місто. На першом поверсі кафе, де можна смачно поїсти або випити за доступними цінами.

Cons:

В номері блочного типу ( на два номери одна ванна кімната) дуже погана звукоізоляція, відсутній фен. Старенькі застірані рушники та постільне з дірками.
