Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Avoid this property if you want to avoid last-minute inconvenience.

Despite making an advance booking and full payment, guests may be informed upon arrival that the booked room is unavailable due to unspecified issues and may be shifted to a non-FAB hotel with poor basic facilities and inadequate cleanliness.

The concern is that the booking may still be marked as “checked in” at the originally booked hotel, even though the guest is actually accommodated elsewhere.

As a customer, paying the full amount in advance should provide reasonable assurance of the booked room and expected standards. Such last-minute changes and poor alternatives are highly disappointing and raise serious concerns about the reliability of the booking.
