La struttura è molto bella e si presenta bene su carta 4 stelle in realtà forse 2

Cons:

Dopo il check in ci viene data una camera che non era stata ancora pulita.. nel mentre aspettiamo la pulizia della camera chiediamo di usare la piscina e la spa... la jacuzzi era sporchissima e il bordo con incrostazioni nere 🤮 la piscina con bordo e pavilento sporco, il robottino ancora dentro, e con motore piscina spento. Ci lamentiamo del disagio ma fanno spallucce e non offrono soluzioni.
La camera spaziona ma con il bagno che si allagava e la luce ad intermittenza per cali di tensione.
La colazione decisamente pessima. Cornettini piccolissimi e bruciacchiati.
La cena su carta accettabile e la carne buona.
I camerieri gentilissimi e cordiali ma il resposabile inesistente.

Would not stay again....
Pros:

The location was fantastic! You pay to enter Lovćen, but only on the days that you physically enter the park. So you can drive through once and there is no daily fee! The surrounding area is beautiful. The hotel is perfectly located 10 mins from the Cable Car Upper Station and 10 mins from the mausoleum at Mount Lovćen by car.

Cons:

There is an active water leak!! And it looked like mold has started to accumulate. There is no AC, so don't count on that even if the booking description states it.
Additionally, the receptionist was not friendly, the beds are not comfortable, the refrigerator was not working (this was fixed during the stay), the lights flicker, and the hotel ran out of water the morning I was getting ready to check out. All in all, the location is the best thing going for this hotel but I would choose other accommodations if I would have known these things during booking. I truly hope they get the water damage taken care of ASAP.

A lovely hotel in the Lovćen Mountain area
Pros:

A great location to visit from Kotor Bay to get away from the touristy crowds, approx 1hr drive or so to the Lovćen mountain area. Be prepared for the 25 hairpin switchback route. Stressful but an experience! You pay to enter the national park, 3 Euros per person. It’s a beautiful area. Hotel Monte Rosa is surrounded by mountains, and has good hiking options. On foot you can go to the Mausoleum of Njegoš, on Mount Jezerski (1657m high). Lots of steps at the entrance, but worth it for the views. Trail path isn’t too technical and steep. Rocky. You can also do the Wolf Trail route 7-10k from the hotel, more accessible and flatter route. Or in front of the hotel, head to the peak of Treštenički Vrh. All routes are marked with red and white markings. Easy to follow. You can also do a half day trip to Cetinje Old Town, 30min drive.
The staff were all wonderful and helpful. It’s a ski hotel and has a lot of character. Slightly outdated but we liked the vibe and less modern look. The room was decent and had a good balcony view.
Food was very traditional and area is peaceful. (Sometimes you get the wild stray dogs barking, but they’re safe). It’s a great pit stop place for cyclists, bikers and 1-2 night stay to break up the journey.

Cons:

It’s a shame the pool isn’t well maintained. If this was given some attention then it would get less bad reviews/rating. We still had a brief swim, but mainly chilled on the sun loungers. The ladder into the pool needs fixing! Very unstable and loose. The pool floor needs cleaning. On a warm day, people would want to use the pool and outdoor area, but lacks attention!

Ljubaznost osoblja, kod same prijave u Hotel rekao sam da izlazim ujutro ranije i da neću biti u mogućnosti konzumirat doručak. Domaćini su mi obadva jutro ostavili spakovan doručak, koji je bio toliko obilan da sam ga jeo cijeli dan. Da ima ocijena preko 10, dao bi je.

Petit cocon au cœur de la nature
Pros:

Nous avons aimé l’emplacement au cœur du parc national à 20mn de Cetinje, une heure de Budva, 10mn de monte 1350. La plupart du personnel était très agréable.
On mange bien pour pas cher les plats sont très copieux. Le jacuzzi privatif et la terrasse avec les transats au calme.

Cons:

L’eau de la piscine était froide.
Le ménage de la chambre a été zappé deux jours mais l’hôtel est propre.

Cons:

Sramota, prljavo, ofucano, kupatilo curi voda na sve strane a oko hotela se proteže smrad fekalija. Doručak još veća sramota, sasušen i hladan(ostaci od prethodnog dana,rekao bih)....
Inače 4 zvezdice pored ulaznih vrata ne obećavaju ništa.... A pri tom po nad prosečnom cenom....
Veoma loše iskustvo....

Le lieu et la proximite du mosolé et de l’arrivé du telepherique.
Le personnel seviable.

Cons:

La musique trop forte et derangeante dans notre chambre du 1 etage.
Nos deux essais de jaccuzi non concluant car temperature a 28,5° la premiere fois.
Puis 32.5 la deuxieme fois.
N’avons jamais eu les 36 ° qui est notre reference.

Adventurous but lovely location !

Lovely jacuzzi free to use (sauna wasn't working - but we weren't fussed)
Swimming pool - we didn't use but was nice to see..

10mins drive to the cable car. Very convenient.

Cons:

Location - middle of nowhere - if you would like that.

Breakfast was average..

Room wasnt cleaned daily unless we tell them (but unfortunately when we did tell them - our room wasnt cleaned when we got back - however this was rectified straight away by the team members giving the room a quick clean.

Be aware of location.
Its ontop of a mountain - u need to go up and down serpatine mountain! Be very ready if you are ready for a real adventure!!!
If youre not brave enought - u can drive 10mins to cable car and get cable car down to Kotor....

Staff were nice (or were trying to be - however I was aware they were talking about us when they saw us - as I know little bit of Russian - but I didnt say anything). But I wasn't too fussed.
