Cons:

La stessa sera che abbiamo soggiornato era presente una festa privata con musica a volumi altissimi fino l'una e mezza di notte.Sembrava stessero suonando di fianco al mio letto,anche il tentativo dell'hotel di darmi una camera in una posizione diversa non è servita,la musica era potentissima.La colazione davvero scarsa e con pochissima scelta.

Cons:

L'hotel est bien en photo, mais les chambres sont vieilles, usées, glauques. La piscine était fermée alors que nous avions choisi l'hotel pour ca.

Le restaurant est plutôt mauvais, première fois que je ne finis pas mon assiette, assortiment de viandes trop salées, trop cuites, pleines de gras.. Même les frites étaient ratées. Quant aux cocktails, la moitié de la carte seulement était disponible.

La clim branchée sur une prise avec un fil volant a côté du lit, plutôt moyen en terme de sécurité. De la moisissure dans la douche. Le wifi est trop faible. Mais tout est comme ça dans cet hôtel.

Fantastic staff team
Pros:

Great location. Incredibly helpful team of staff, especially Nicolletta, Marie, and Katarina.
I had a problem with my motorcycle and they were so kind, generous and helpful.
The hotel location is excellent 👌

Ottima soluzione in moto per scendere la Serpentine
Pros:

Ho scelto questo hotel perchè spostandomi in moto volevo fare la serpentine prima della chisura della mattina.
Si trova a pochi km dall'hotel.
Servizi ottimi da 4 stelle. Hanno una piccola spa con sauna e vasca idromassaggio, che è compresa nel prezzo. Conviene prenotarla perchè la danno in esclusiva al cliente, se ho capito bene.
La bellissima ragazza della reception è stata molto gentile nell'ascoltare tutte le mie richieste!
Lo consiglio, anche per l ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons:

Su booking si legge mezza pensione 15 euro ma poi non si capisce bene come funziona. In ogni caso i prezzi del ristorante sono giusti, anche se il cibo non è eccelso.
La colazione, compresa nel prezzo, invece è molto abbondante e c'è tanta scelta.

L'emplacement, proche des chemins de randonnée.

Cons:

Photos mensongères. Le lieu est hors d'âge et mal entretenu, notre chambre (la 301) dans un piteux état : moquette sale, une salle de bain dans un état lamentable : murs délabrés (dégât des eaux), porte serviettes sale, meuble de salle de bain dégueulasse, manche du pommeau qui fuyait, peu de pression (filet d'eau soit glacé, soit bouillant), cuvette des toilettes trop petite, vue sur la route (alors qu'il y a les montagnes derrière) et j'en passe... Le personnel était neutre, ni sympathique ni pro actif. La restauration était franchement tout juste passable (que ce soit le petit déjeuner ou le dîner). Je n'ai pas l'habitude de laisser des commentaires aussi acerbes mais nous venions fêter un anniversaire et avions lu les commentaires dithyrambiques, et les photos avec des vues époustouflantes, immense déception... Nous n'avions qu'une envie, partir du lieu... L'atmosphère, la décoration vieillotte (sans charme), notre chambre horrible et le manque d'entretien ont eu raison de notre optimisme initial. Je ne recommande pas.
