The views are great. The rooms were clean, and the receptionist (Silvia) was very helpful. The workers, in general, were nice.
All the rooms face the street, and you can hear all the noise from there, and you can't open the blackout because everybody comes by and can look at you. The reception is hidden, and we couldn't find it easily. And it's at the top of a very steep hill, so it's not easy to access on foot. Breakfast was Ok, but they don't have many options.

The hotel is located on the highest part of the city and it's almost impossible to get there walking and even in a taxi because some vehicles can't go up the hill where the hotel is located..Despite being near the city center. There were some cockroaches in the room.
