Gentilezza delle ragazze alla reception , a parte il proprietario persona poco presente e inutile

Cons:

Sporco, mal tenuto, colazione scarsa, cena scarsissima, due sere stesso menu,primi insignificanti,bagno con scarichi non funzionanti, balcone sporco mal tenuto,proprietario assente per alcune problematiche.
E' la prima recensione negativa che facciamo, noi di solito ci adattiamo a tutto!!

es inconcebible que no haya ascensor y que no esté señalizado. Las habitaciones están anticuadas, carecen de enchufes y no hay papelera... el desayuno es horrible.

Principalmente la colazione :
se viene garantito il servizio fino alle 10:30 l’ospite ha il diritto di trovare le stesse cose che vengono offerte ai primi clienti del mattino e spesso quando trovavamo il cibo terminato(noi facevamo colazione attorno 9/9:30) ci veniva detto che non ne avevano più.
Inoltre il cibo presentato era poco variabile e di qualità mediocre, brioches solo vuote, posate sempre mancanti. Opzioni salate scarse e non buone.

Siamo arrivati dopo le 20:00 di venerdì e quindi, la scelta logisticamente più appetibile, era senza dubbio quella di cenare lì all’hotel, sebbene io, solitamente, non riponga molta fiducia nei ristoranti annessi agli alberghi… Ebbene… una sorpresa STRE-PI-TO-SA!!! Linguine con cozze, linguine con pesce, sauté di cozze, selezione di formaggi, vino rosso sfuso della casa. Non abbiam preso il dolce solo per carenza di “energie” rimaste a noi, perché sennò avremmo sicuramente gradito. In ogni caso era tutto delizioso. Ricordo bene di aver chiesto il cucchiaio per gustare e finire tutto il brodino del sauté (non si poteva tralasciare assolutamente)! Dei formaggi, inoltre, ci ha colpito in particolare uno con le erbe, di cui ignoro il nome. Infine Luca, lo chef, è uscito a salutarci, ed abbiamo anche scambiato delle piacevoli chiacchiere. Così come piacevoli, accoglienti e sorridenti, sono tutte le ragazze dello staff che abbiamo incontrato nel nostro breve soggiorno, tra cui Chiara e Roberta. Sanremo è (purtroppo) lontana per noi ma… se dovessimo tornare da quelle parti, mangeremmo senza dubbio alla Brise!!!!

Hotel deteriorado sin manutención
Baño con desagüe tapado
Wifi no funcionaba en la habitación
desayuno a las 08:20 no quedaba nada que comer No había reposición de alimentos
Solo nos quedamos una noche perdiendo el dinero de la reserva que era por 4 noches

You have found a wonderful and ideal hotel to explore Sanremo and surroundings!
Pros:

The staff, the history and culturale inheritage! La Brise is a huge landmark in the Sanremo history. Parking can be a challenge but that's it. It is a little bit, just outside Sanremo but that's it. All is wonderful, friendly and also PET-friendly. The rooms with balcony, sea-view: wonderful. The cleaning-staff : also wonderful and professional!

Cons:

Not dissapointing but challenging. the Parking. But it will work if you know how to steer ;-)
Ask the staff how to walk to the beach. Walk outside the parking turn left for 25 meters (busy road) and you will find a small entrance to a corridor. THERE is the entrance for pedistrians to acces the beach.
