From the Sanremo Train Station you will reach the property proceeding towards the main road. Then you have to cross the road and head for the bus stop. Any bus going towards La Brezza or Arma di Taggia and beyond will make a stop in front of Hotel Villa La Brise.

Pros:

O pequeno almoço pessimo, sem pão fresco perguntei no primeiro e segundo dia e a menina disse que já tinha acabado, eram 9h:( os outros dias nem perguntei mais! Fruta só kiwis enfim
Localização optima

Cons:

O ar condicionado tanto dava como parava!
Deram nos um aparelho para substituir q fazia um barulho encomodativo :( impossível ter conforto

Beach view, only good thing about this place.

Cons:

AC broken, stops to blow air after 2 min. Another AC in the unit(portable one) blow regular fan air. Night spent in sweat. One bed is like those metal military beds. Everything inside feels old and falling apart. Apartment entrance door very hard to open and seem broken. Shower water almost impossible to adjust for warm water. Breakfast not many options but its ok.

Enjoyable stay. It’s a short bus ride to the centre of San Remo. Once we had bought the tickets, the trip is short.

Amplasarea camerei cu vedere la mare

Cons:

Baia foarte mică, la duș abia ai loc, ușa la baie nu se închidea.
Ușa la balcon se închidea foarte greu, ruloul nu funcționa și traficul rutier nu te ajută să te poți odihni.
Televizorul non smart, obligatoriu doar posturile TV locale.

Zdjęcia porobione tak żeby zachęcić,a tak naprawdę przy ulicy głównej hałas nie do wytrzymania. Strasznie. Warunki masakra z klimy leciała woda,zapach pleśni i grzybów. Widoki zachecaja ze zdjęcia ale to jest najgorszy hotel, pensjonat. Można się chorób nabawic

Hotel face a la mer et la gentillesse des 2 jeunes femmes a l accueil.

Cons:

Alarme qui s est declenché a 3h du matin et pas d employe sur place la nuit nous avons evacue l hotel nous meme et remonter dans nos chambres sans avoir vu la personne qui est arrivée un bon moment apres. Au petit matin l alarme s est de nouveau declenchée donc nuit tres courte et pas du tout sereine, pas eu de compensation ou de geste commercial pour compenser cette mauvaise experience.
Le responsable du petit dejeuner parlait mal aux employés j ai ete choqué et peiné de l'entendre s adresser ainsi a la serveuse.

l'Hotel è vicino alla spiaggia sebbene si debba attraversare una statale, scendere tre rampe di scale e per raggiungere gli stabilimenti bisogna camminare per centinaia di metri sulla strada in quanto i marciapiedi sono intasati da bici e motocicli per cui l'accesso al mare dall'hotel diventa difficile per disabili o per famiglie con passeggini

Cons:

il parcheggio privato è insufficiente per i clienti e trovare un parcheggio nei dintorni è veramente difficile,
le camere sono arredate con arredi datati, con prese di corrente che non funzionano perchè divelte e non riparate, i bagni hanno spazi limitati per cui diventa difficile usare i sanitari, nel mio caso, stanza 12, il bidet ed il lavandino erano incastrati in spazi molto ristretti per cui non era possibile inserire le gambe tra il sanitario ed il muro. La pressione e la temperatura dell'acqua nella doccia erano appena sufficienti soprattutto la temperatura della doccia che trasformava il piacere di una doccia dopo la spiaggia, in una doccia scozzese .
La sala colazione non è condizionata per cui fa veramente caldo anche al mattino presto.
Non ci sono convenzioni tra l'hotel e gli stabilimenti balneari vicini per cui diventa complicato e dispendioso l'affitto giornaliero di ombrellone e lettini perchè i gestori chiaramente favoriscono i clienti che prenotano per lunghi periodi.
Il rapporto qualità/prezzo volge in favore solo del prezzo, considero pertanto questa esperienza come unica e da non ripertersi

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht richtig funktioniert und es ist Wasser ausgelaufen, wodurch der Boden nass war.
* Es gab keine Parkplätze direkt am Hotel, sodass wir immer weiter weg parken mussten.
* Das Frühstück war eher durchschnittlich und hat uns nicht überzeugt.
* Abends war es recht laut, da man die Gespräche der Gäste aus den Nachbarzimmern deutlich hören konnte.
