The room door was damaged. I had to let them know about it. It should of been dealt with prior to checking in. Dont they inspect the rooms after people check out?

Close to the lake and accessible for most of the city with having a bus stop at both sides of the street.

Convenient parking and breakfast included.
Breakfast was ok, coffee not great.
This hotel was so nice and the location on the waterfront was lovely. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast area, library and balcony was nice to use for more than just meals. The breakfast was very good with quite a few selections. Parking is on site, in a gated lot, for only $30 a night, I'd definitely recommend parking on the 2nd floor, more spacious and open.
Very minimal...Our room was right next to the breakfast area and elevator, so we definitely had extra traffic outside our room and could hear the clinking of plates, etc. We didn't upgrade to a room with a view, but it was a tad blah that our 3rd floor room was actually ground level and the view was of a van parked right in front of the window. We just kept the blinds closed.
