Las camas y almohadas geniales
Personal siempre atento y dispuesto
Sitio muy bien ubicado

Cons:

El aire acondicionado muy ruidoso, aunque parece nuevo. Deben arreglarlo.
Quitaría el extractor del baño, muy ruidoso
La bañera en lugar de ducha un poco agobiante

Hotelul este poziționat excelent. El oferă liniște, iar personalul este foarte amabil.

Cons:

O singură chestiune am de reproșat: în descrierea camerei era menționată ca fiind cu balcon. Ea are, este drept, niște ferestre mari, care se deschid până jos, însă nu există balcon.
Și mai este ceva: am stat în Sevilla în timpul semifinalelor Campionatului Mondial de Fotbal. La televizorul din cameră nu exista posibilitatea de a vedea meciurile. Aceasta începuse să fie o opțiune, pentru că nici în baruri nu era neapărat vreun televizor la care să te poți uita ... Mesele/barurile trebuiau să fie vânate din timp ... Curios!

Comfortable Stay in a Great Location, but with Some Limitations
Pros:

Comfortable bed and pillows. Great location and a very easy check-in process. Good air conditioning. Nice reception area and friendly staff. The room was cleaned daily, and it was nice to have the bed made each day, although no extra body wash was provided.

Cons:

The shower head was shorter than me, which meant I had to hold it to shower. There was no power socket near the bed. The body wash provided was limited and didn’t last long. There was also no kettle or fridge in the room.

Pros:

Situation géographique TOP. Prêt de tout ce qui est sympa à voir sur Séville. Le personnel à l'accueil est présent tout le temps et est très gentil.

Cons:

La climatisation est trop bruyante. La chambre donnait sur une petite cours intérieure non ouverte sur l'extérieur. Ce qui crée un puit de chaleur étouffant (début juin)

Séjour agréable, mais prolongation compliquée
Pros:

L'emplacement est excellent, en plein cœur de la vieille ville, à proximité du métro, des restaurants, des cafés et des principaux sites touristiques. La literie était confortable, la climatisation fonctionnait bien et le personnel était généralement aimable et serviable, notamment pour l'organisation des taxis. Le rapport qualité-prix est correct et l'hôtel est pratique pour découvrir la ville à pied.

Cons:

La propreté pourrait être améliorée. Lors de la prolongation de mon séjour, il y a eu un manque de clarté concernant ma réservation et le changement de chambre. Bien que j'aie réservé une nuit supplémentaire via Booking, on m'a demandé un supplément après seulement quelques minutes de retard pour le check-out, puis d'annuler ma réservation Booking pour réserver directement auprès de l'hôtel. Cette situation a été désagréable et aurait pu être gérée de manière plus professionnelle. De plus, la chambre individuelle présentait des problèmes d'entretien, notamment un lavabo qui fuyait et une douche dont l'eau s'écoulait dans toute la salle de bain. Enfin, l'absence de petit-déjeuner sur place peut être un inconvénient pour certains voyageurs.

La atención de la recepción ha sido muy buena, en particular y muy especialmente la de Luis, Lucho, con su amabilidad y simpatía nos oriento en todo momento que hacer en Sevilla y optimizar el tiempo.
