Pros:

L’hôtel est bien situé en centre-ville. Les personnels sont vraiment gentils. Je n’arrivais pas à réserver mon billet de train pour Grenade sur le site de la Renfe ni sur Trainline. Le gentil homme à la réception m’a aidé à trouver un billet. Je l’apprécie beaucoup. Un grand merci !

Pros:

Excelente trato e información por parte del personal, siempre disponible. El ascensor es perfecto. Doble ventana en la habitación ideal para zona ruidosa de noche ya que está en el centro.

Cons:

El sistema de cierre de las habitaciones tan solo con el resbalón de la puerta no me parece suficiente seguridad. Dejar la llave en recepción me parece correcto pero no suficiente. El baño necesita una actualizacion, una ducha con mampara sería mejor opción que la bañera y la cortina.

La atención del personal fue excelente y la ubicación es perfecta para recorrer todo lo importante del centro de Sevilla. En cuanto llegué me recomendaron un montón de lugares para visitar y fueron una increíble experiencia. Totalmente recomendable
