Best hotel in ciwidey under 1 million IDR, plus they have cafe with nice view. Very great service & hospitality! Thanks to staff Felin & Rasyid for being so helpful. Def will come back again. Super recommended⭐️

I really loved the hotel view—it was absolutely beautiful! The bed was very comfortable, making my stay even more relaxing. There was a wide variety of delicious food available for breakfast, and everything tasted great.

The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I was also impressed by the many activities provided for kids, making it a great choice for families. Another nice feature was the smart TV in the room, which allowed guests to watch Netflix using their own account.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is my first time staying at this hotel. The view is absolutely beautiful, and the room is quite comfortable.
As for the female check-in staff, please teach her to be more friendly and polite; she spoke in a rushed, impatient manner even though I was the only one checking in at the time… I requested a room on a higher floor, but was given a room below the restaurant, which was very noisy with the sound of chairs and tables scraping…
I checked in around 4–5 PM. Between 9–10 PM, I asked for a refill of mineral water (since there was a note stating free refills of 4 small bottles per day per room). When I asked for a refill, the check-in staff said, “I’ll give you 2 bottles first, ma’am, because you just checked in!!!” WTF! This is my right—1 room plus an extra bed—so I’m entitled to drink! Honestly, the staff made me feel uncomfortable! Please train them to be more friendly and polite because this is a service industry.
As for breakfast at 200,000 IDR per person, I think it’s not worth it given the limited menu and lack of flavor… I hope the hotel’s service improves because it’s a shame—the view and location are great, but the staff is lacking. Thanks

The hotel is nice but be prepared for an extremely noisy room if you stay in the first floor, it is basically like sleeping on the road. If you are lucky and go to a lower room you will still here a 30 minute extremely loud prayer at 4 am and the curtains don't close well so be prepared to not really sleep. Also the food is below par but nothing too bad.

Everything about this hotel is very good. The service, food, ambience, and everything is exceptional. The view is amazing, the best in ciwidey. The restaurant staff especially ghifary and syahrul is also very nice. I definetely will come back.

We had a wonderful family staycation at Forest Hills Ciwidey, and everything exceeded our expectations. The location is very convenient, not far from the toll gate, making the trip smooth and hassle-free.

From check-in to check-out, the service was truly phenomenal. Special shout-out to Mba Vika for her warm hospitality and excellent assistance throughout our stay. She made us feel very welcome.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a breathtaking view of lush green scenery—perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with plenty of options for both adults and kids.

What made our stay even more special were the many free activities available, such as Yoga, Pizza making, Rabbit feeding, Cupcake decorating and many more.

The facilities are also top-notch. They have a swimming pool with a warm jacuzzi, as well as a sauna and gym, which completed the relaxing experience.

Tip: Try to arrive before 5 PM so you can enjoy the complimentary afternoon tea from 3–5 PM. It’s a lovely bonus!

Kids friendly

First time visit at Forrest Hills, and it was beyond satisfactory. Eeveryone was very helpful and sweet. The Room was cute, clean, ans spotless. The Food was Good!!! Great service by Mas Gilvary and mbak Alma… Will definitely come again for my next Visit. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a truly satisfying experience at Forrest Hills Hotel Ciwidey. The hotel offered excellent service and great facilities including clean and comfortable rooms, a karaoke room, a swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, a variety of breakfast options, and a relaxing afternoon tea session.

What made our stay extra special was the support from the hotel staff in helping us celebrate our child's birthday. Special thanks to Vika and Vania for the beautiful mirror art and thoughtful room decoration — it really made the moment unforgettable.
