Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Frühstück: teilweise Brot vom Vortag. Das gleiche beim Käse und Obst. Angelaufene Camembertscheiben und runzliges Obst. Ob der Streichkäse in den Gläsern frisch war... eher fraglich.

Baustelle: direkt vor der Tür. Auch wenn das Zimmer zur anderen Seite raus ging, wäre eine Info vorab schön gewesen.

Personal: wirkte zum Ende der Saison etwas müde. Hilfestellung der Inhaber leider Fehlanzeige

Preis Leistung: stimmt überhaupt nicht überein. Mi 4 Sternen Superior hat es leider nichts zu tun.

Sonstiges: es gibt 3 große Hunde, die zum Personal gehören. Der große weiße, ähnlich einem Schäferhund, hat mich angebellt und angeknurrt als ich das Hotel betrat und kam auf mich zu. Erst als mein Mann bat ihn zurück zu rufen, ist dies passiert. Eine Entschuldigung im Anschluss... leider Fehlanzeige. Ganz im Gegenteil... zwei Tage später wurde noch Unverständnis über meine Angst geäußert und so getan als wäre ich das Problem. So geht man nicht mit Gästen um.

Fazit: Nie wieder.

Pobyt byl fantastický a opravdu jsme byli nadšeni ze všeho, wellness, pokoje, restaurace. Poloha hotelu byla úžasná na skvělém místě s krásnými výhledy do krajiny a hory.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Ebenfalls gut war der Sauna- und Badebereich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer wurde leider nur dürftig sauber gemacht.
Ein Kellner war sehr freundlich, bei dem restlichen präsenten Personal hat leider die sonst bekannte österreichische Freundlichkeit gefehlt...

A stunning and perfect family stay in Sölden
Pros:

This is an absolutely stunning hotel in Sölden! We had a fantastic family stay here. The place is beautiful, welcoming, and provided a perfect experience for our trip in the area. There is also a nice little pool and a great sauna

Cons:

There was some construction going on the building aside with a crane, which was a bit of a bummer, but other than that, everything was absolutely great!

Pros:

Wir waren 4 Nächte im Hotel. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Eine schöne Lage oberhalb von Sölden, dank des Schrägaufzug und der Sommercard kann man auf das Auto verzichten. Der Wellnesbereich ist sehr schön mit dem Indoorpool. Eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Und ganz besonders hervorheben möchten wir Alexander der mit mit seiner sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Art den Aufenthalt nochmals verschönert hat
