The staff were less than charming - the room was way too hot - no water in the room — noisy
The food was delicious, staff were friendly
Pillows weren't great, plus due the windows and the oldest style of building theres no air con which is fine but if your gonna provide a fan which they did a free standing one would have been better not the small one on the desk that only did one small part not the whole room
The position is perfect and parking is great. Previous stay was lovely a few years ago.
No windows opened in this very hot weather. Hand held shower hose leaks. Having paid for breakfast not avail even in packed form for when we left at 6.45am. We left specific request on booking.com for ground floor room which we had before. Had no response. We had upstairs room and bring in our eighties had to carry our cases in am via fire escape for our early departure. No customer care at all
No problems encountered thanks
All good no negative comments.
Nice atmosphere nicely furnished
Rooms by the road were noisy
Easy to get too good parking. Comfy room if a little snug. Great food.
Lovely, full of character and charm with the decor. Rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable. Staff were all so friendly and helpful. Food was excellent.
Shower cap would have been useful but nothing to dislike about the property.
Good parking and location and charmingly decorated. Light filled.
Be careful paying for breakfast in advance - it only includes set meals- better to pay separately.
Fantastic location, good price and a very nice breakfast
Good rooms, stayed a few times, great location, walkable to Topsham.
Really enjoyed our stay here, very friendly staff, extremely clean accommodation
Food was excellent
Would highly recommend 👌
Really enjoyed staying here. A bit out of the way but the country side was beautiful. The atmosphere was typical British pub and the food was very good! Loved the view from my room.
The room and bathroom was a bit small. It was not easy getting in and out of the bathroom.
The manager was great
Room was comfortable
the rest of the staff were miserable bordering on rude
No aircon
Struttura accogliente anche se un po’ impersonale. Stanza abbastanza ampia e pulita.
Buono il ristorante annesso. Posizione comoda, ma un po’ rumorosa.
