Customer service and breakfast needs improvement
Pros:

Good parking and convenient location for me

Cons:

The breakfast is nice and good quality but not good value compared to other similarly priced places. The staff are quite frosty and act like they don’t want you there

Wish we'd chosen somewhere else.
Cons:

The lack of air conditioning and natural ventilation makes the rooms very uncomfortable in anything more than warm weather. Sleeping (or even sitting in the room) is very difficult. In room facilities are lacking compared to the competition and wifi is unreliable. Breakfast is 'included', but it's one item only. Coffee is horrible.

Great breakfasts!
Pros:

Clean room, good location, good breakfast

Cons:

Room far too hot and window could only open a little. It was also noisy as right next to kitchen extractor fan. Bar expensive ( London prices), and some staff clearly needed more training.

Great food!

Cons:

Our bedroom sash window would not stay open - it was very hot, ended up putting a loo roll in place to keep it open .

Stop over
Pros:

Room small but ok. Shower is good and clean. Tea and coffee . Nice garden area for drinks and food. Fan in the room was a bonus but still very hot. All meals were excellent even if a little pricey.

Cons:

Coffee/tea and toast is not supplied with breakfast making it quite expensive.
