Pros:

Location was excellent
3rd floor balcony over Yonge street was cool.

Cons:

Way too expensive. $2500 for 2 nights

Door was broken, 1 shower didn't drain, the other leaked all over the floor.

Garbage removal truck every morning outside your window at 5am. ...... dont get a low floor

Most uncomfortable bed/mattress I have ever slept on in a rental property.

From toilet paper, to soap, to linens, to fixtures..... everything is the cheapest quality.

Staff were amazing, tho.
Shout out to the awesome staff.

Pros:

Loved the secure entrance and the easy access to Eaton Centre, right across the street! Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Yonge and Dundas is like Toronto’s Times Square.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like (it wasn’t the hotel’s fault) was that there were a fair amount of junkies roaming around Yonge street late at night. Most of them are harmless, but there are a few scary characters in the mix. i.e. I was in the convenience store next door around midnight when a junkie stormed in and tried to steal a 12 pack of beer. The 2 employees fought with him to get it back, then he grabbed something off the shelf and stormed out talking to himself the whole time. I thought he was going to pull out a knife or something.

Also, parking at the Eaton Centre is VERY expensive, but I found a cheap lot a few blocks up Church Street if you don’t mind walking.

Exceptional hotel.
Pros:

Location was excellent, next to subway, across from Eaton Centre, in the middle of everything. This is a gem in the middle of Toronto and unexpected. I would come to Toronto just to stay here now that I know about this hotel.

Cons:

Mattresses could have been higher quality, however I still slept well and will return.

Great apartment, friendly staff, convenient location, just the entrance area a bit undesirable.
Pros:

Being in a central location was convenient.

Cons:

Being right outside the subway entrance drew some undesirable ‘guests’ to the area who hung around longer than necessary.

3 night Toronto downtown
Pros:

Very new and clean appartament with view . It is just in front of Eaton Centre and very close to the Metro . All the members of the staff are very kind . A big lounge with bathroom and kitchen and a patio is for guest after chek out (our flight was at 23.30 so we rested for few hours before going to the airport)

Un lugar para conocer el Centro de Toronto
Pros:

Excelente ubicacion. A unos cuantos pasos saliendo del hotel la estacion del metro. Enfrente un centro comercial muy grande.
