Ideally situated to access both the Town Centre,for shopping, and the Seafront for the compulsory ice cream. The staff were amazing, everyone was cheerful and friendly. The room was spacious, if dated, and provided a good bathroom, tea and coffee facilities and a TV - somewhere to sleep between adventurous days

Very nice clean and friendly staff
I had beautiful vegetarian breakfast. Which I can’t eat pork. Second morning I ask for another one . When the waitress vent in the kitchen said to vegetarian breakfast; I over here that chef was shouted at saying NOT AGAIN. Waitress didn’t answer him back just said ; yes . Did upsets me .I was also near to the kitchen area and I can hear everything was saying in the kitchen area. It did put me off . Last day of mine stay didn’t ask for breakfast. Left early. Same because I have been coming in the hotel often. .

Someone tried our bedroom door at 3.12am, not happy about that but not really under hptels control. She was drunk and had the wrong room.
Everything was amazing especially for the price i have stayed in lots of hotels some 3 or 4 times the price of this one at least butnone has been as great or as amazing value for money as this one

Staff were friendly, room was clean and excellent location as Torquay centre and beach were a 10 min walk.
Breakfast was lovely. Full english with all the trimmings.
Shower had no pressure so couldn't shower properly.
The staff was very helpful and prompt.
Giving back the key when Checking out. Hope there's a shoot or a box where I could have just dropped the key and checked out quicker.
