Pros:

Гарне місце розташування. Враховуючи те, що при описі сервісів вказано наявність кондиціонера - довелося наполягати на необхідність в ньому(в номері було задушливо, а пульт від кондиціонера знаходиться на рецепції, бо господарі закладу чомусь вважають цей опціон неважливим....).

Розташування в центрі міста, в готелі тихо, чисто. У пішій доступності до залізничної станції. На сусідні будівлі - гніздо з лелеками, милувалися)

Cons:

Номер старий, побита плитка у ванній, кришка унітаза постійно падає, шпалери обідрані. Потребує косметичного ремонту.
