Cons:

Site üzerinden rezervasyonu yaptık onay ve otelden genel bilgilendirme mailleri geldi. Saat gece 01.00 gibi oteldeydik kapı duvar! Ne resepsiyonist ne bir çalışan kimse yok. Bize ulaşın dedikleri telefon kapalı hiç bir şekilde otele ulaşamıyoruz 3 yaşında oğlumla birlikte sokakta kaldık ve 2 saat kadar dışarda bekledik. Sonra sabaha karşı başka bir otel bulup son dakika olduğu için çook yüksek bir fiyata çaresizce kendi imkanlarımızla o otele gittik. Ertesi gün bookingin hatası olduğunu söyledikleri bir mesaj ilettiler, eğer hata vardı ise iptal etme şansları var sistemsel olarak. Çünkü Rezervasyona gelen onay ile otele ulaşma esnasında en az 4 saat var kabus gibi bir gece geçirdik kısacası.

Great location and staff!
Pros:

The staff was incredibly good, and the hotel manager, Niloofar, was super kind and lovely. The location is perfect, featuring a roof terrace facing the valley with a breathtaking view. Additionally, the breakfast was huge and delicious.

Cons:

The hotel structure is a bit out of date and has a lot of potential to improve. It was probably glorious a few years ago, but it needs some updates now.

Очень красивый вид с террасы, достаточно парковочных мест, красивые номера, сотрудник ресепшн составил нам план осмотра Каппадокии, рассказал подробно про очень красивые места. Завтрак бесподобный. Просто браво. Дочке поставили отдельную кровать. Замок Учхисар с террасы видно, как на ладони. Рядом много магазинов и кафе, правда цены в них кусаются, как и везде в Каппадокии.

Cons:

Мы попали в неудачную погоду, в номере было прохладно. Жили 2 ночи, уборку в номере за это время не делали. Не очень удобно принимать душ в джакузи. Но это мелочи по сравнению с тем, как уютно нам было в этом отеле. Просто отдавайте себе отчёт в том, что собираетесь жить в пещере, если планируете бронировать такой номер как у нас.

As soon as we arrived, we got to know that the room we booked unfortunately started leaking due to heavy overnight rain. Mr. Ziya offered us an alternative room immediately on a discount to compensate and further served us with some good breakfast even though it was past their serving time. Mr. Ziya also has good offers on activities around the area so surely connect with him for good deals and a great experience. We strongly recommend Alice in Cappadocia.

Magical!
Pros:

The property is very authentic, well-located, and maintains the charm of an old town.
The room we had was spacious. The staff were very attentive and helpful, as was the breakfast. The location and Uchisar are magical. I hope we can return someday. Highly recommended.

Cons:

I would say the bathtub is a bit shallow for enjoying a long bath.

DO NOT STAY THERE!! POORLY RUN AND NO STAFF ON SITE, DOWNGRADE ROOMS ON YOU, DOOR WONT LOCK!
Pros:

we liked nothing as we had to leave within 20 minutes of arrival, the cave room booked was flooded days before but we were not advised! there was nobody at reception and the coffee shop guy across road let us in. then took us to a standard room and left. we were disappointed about the room as it was not the cave experience we had booked. Then the new room door would not lock and there was nobody there to try to fix the issue as well as sewerage smell in bathroom.
we had to leave immediately and find a new hotel at 8.00pm at night

They (the coffee shop guy across road) took us to a standard room and left. We were given no choice and said the room might be available the next day, we were disappointed about the room as it was not the cave experience we had booked. Then the new room door would not lock and there was nobody there to try to fix the issue as well as sewerage smell in bathroom.
It was not usable and as there was no way the cave room would be ready ( we walked into it with blowers and wet clay stone walls )had to leave immediately and find a new hotel at 8.00pm at night. they refused to refund us our 3 night stay and we now have had to also pay for other accommodation as theirs was not available. VERY POOR they said we left but they could not give us the special Cave room we booked...unbelievable and has put a negative on what is a great place. Luckily the other hotel was fantastic, but this experience was a nightmare!

Nuestra estancia en este hotel fue muy agradable. Desde el primer momento, todo el personal se mostró atento, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier cosa que necesitáramos, lo cual marcó una gran diferencia en la experiencia.

El desayuno fue uno de los puntos destacados: variado, fresco y de muy buena calidad. Además, las instalaciones son cómodas, limpias y bien cuidadas, lo que permitió que nos sintiéramos a gusto durante toda la estancia.

En general, es un lugar muy recomendable, ideal tanto para descansar como para disfrutar de unos días tranquilos. Sin duda, volveríamos.

Beautiful view, great breakfast and friendly staff
Pros:

View from the roof terrace was beautiful, overall excellent value for money. We took the cave suite, and it was very large, if a bit old. But everything was clean (with exception of some bits of powdered...stone?? falling from the ceiling - i guess that's a part of living in a cave....). Staff very friendly, breakfast was lovely every morning - full Turkish breakfast with freshly cooked eggs. Coffee and tea readily available at the reception area. Easy walk down into the main part of town with quite a few restaurants and small shops / grocery marts for snacks and essentials.

Cons:

there is parking, but it is just general public roadside parking. So a bit of a luck of the draw as to whether you get a lot near the hotel!

Pros:

Τα παιδιά στη ρεσεψιόν/πρωινό ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικά! Το πρωινό αν και ίδιο ήταν πολύ νόστιμο κ το τραπέζι γεμάτο! Πρόθυμοι να μας βοηθήσουν σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Μας ετοίμασαν πρωινό πιο νωρίς επειδή έπρεπε να φύγουμε για την πτήση μας! Το δωμάτιο πολύ όμορφο αν κ χρειάζονται κάποιες συντηρήσεις!

Cons:

Η πρίζα δίπλα στο κρεβάτι είχε βγει από την θέση της! Κ έπεφταν κάποια κομματάκια μικρά σκόνης από σοβά από το ταβάνι λόγω βέβαια ότι το δωμάτιο ήταν σε σπηλιά!
