Cons:

Booking üzerinden rezervasyon yapan müşterilere yönelik olumsuz bir ayrımcılık yapıldığını söylemek yanlış olmaz. İçeceklerde sunulan %10 indirimden dahi yalnızca kendi siteleri üzerinden rezervasyon yapan misafirler yararlanabiliyor. Alerjik bir sağlık problemim nedeniyle oda değişikliği talep ettiğimde ise, rezervasyonumu kendi sitelerinden yapmadığım gerekçesiyle ek ücret talep edildi. Sağlıkla ilgili bir konuda bile bu şartın öne sürülmesi kabul edilebilir değil.

Öncelikle biz Bali’nin yerlisi değiliz. Kendi siteleri üzerinden rezervasyon yapanlara bu kadar ayrıcalık tanındığını müşterilerin büyük çoğunluğunun bildiğini de sanmıyorum. Zaten bunu bilen bir müşteri neden daha dezavantajlı bir seçeneği tercih etsin? Sağlık durumunun söz konusu olduğu bir durumda bile ücret pazarlığı yapılması, müşteri memnuniyetine verilen önemin ne seviyede olduğunu açıkça gösteriyor.

Fiyat politikaları ve kampanyalar konusunda farklı uygulamalar yapılabilir; ancak sağlıkla ilgili haklı ve makul bir talebin, rezervasyon kanalına göre değerlendirilmesi son derece yakışıksız ve ayıp bir yaklaşımdı, üstelik ellerinde müsait oda seçeneği de varken.

Ein besonderes Hotel mit vielen kleinen Überraschungen
Pros:

Es war ein außergewöhnlich schöner Aufenthalt am Ende unserer Zeit auf Bali. Die drei kleinen Pools bieten angenehme und ruhige Plätze zum Relaxen. Das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl und war sehr lecker. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und über WhatsApp wurden viele Wünsche schnell erfüllt. Unser Zimmer war groß und komfortabel. Der schöne Balkon hatte einen traumhaften Blick aufs Meer. Fußläufig sind viele Bars und Restaurants zu erreichen.

Alles möchte man hier nicht verraten… Es war eine schöne Zeit!

Pros:

They come and clean the room everyday and come back in the evenings and set the room up for night time. The staff are all so lovely, caring and accomodating. You can message them on whatsapp and they will reply instantly. We would often order food or drinks to the pool and they would put it on our room tab

Very friendly service, clean and safe, good location. Recommend and would come again.
Pros:

All of the staff were super friendly, everytime we passed the restaurant they waved and greeted us with a smile.
We had great view from our room nr 20.

Cons:

For women the lack of a proper makeup mirror, my wife had to improvise with her small pocket mirror everyday which was very inconvenient.
Given that the hotel is completely pink, you would think this attention to detail would not be missed. It is a minor thing compared to clean, safe, friendly, no-kids, good location.

Super schöner Aufenthalt

Alles pink. Es gab Schlafanzüge und Gesichtsmasken. Das Bad war schön und die Zimmer schön. Das Bett war sehr bequem.

Tolle Unterkunft, man wird hier von den Mitarbeitern verwöhnt. 24h kostenlos Eis, Cocktails zum Testen usw.
Die ganze Anlage ist wunderschön, ein Mix aus kitschig aber Schick… wirklich toll.

La vida en rosa
Pros:

El trato del personal desde el primer momento e intentándonos facilitar todas las cosas.
El desayuno es a la carta pero muy completo y con gran variedad de cosas a elegir.
El tamaño de la habitación era bastante grande.

Cons:

Había bastante ruido por los locales de la zona. Muchas escaleras por toda la instalación.
No es raro ver monos en el hotel por lo que tienes que tener cuidado con tus pertenencias.

Perfection in Uluwatu
Pros:

Their attention to detail was amazing. They even supplied pink PJ’s, water bottles and pink umbrella. At night your bed was turned down and you were left some biscuits and a surprise. Breakfast was amazing- great selection and top class

Our stay at PinkCoco Uluwatu was absolutely wonderful. This hotel has such a unique charm and relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel special from the very first moment.

The swimming pool is simply beautiful, one of the highlights of the hotel. The floating pillows and the thoughtful design create a dreamy tropical vibe, perfect for relaxing after exploring Uluwatu.

The rooms are incredibly spacious, comfortable, and full of lovely details that make the experience memorable. Everything feels carefully designed to create a cozy yet stylish atmosphere.

The staff was exceptionally kind, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Their hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable.

The location is excellent, very convenient for visiting beaches, restaurants, and the best spots in Uluwatu, while still feeling peaceful and relaxing.

PinkCoco is much more than just a hotel, it’s an experience full of charm, comfort, and beautiful details. We would definitely love to come back.
