The location and the pools are amazing, the room very comfortable and clean. Breakfast and the food in the restaurant really very exquisite. It's walking distance from the beach and many restaurants. My husband got sick during the stay and the staff was very helpful and caring all the time. They helped us get to the clinic, made sure he could follow the special diet he needed to follow and monitored his progress. After check out, they kept our luggage and allowed us to stay in the facilities and take a shower before taking our 26 hour flight back home. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Incredible! The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and relaxed. The surroundings are beautiful. You get a cute welcome gift on your arrival and every night you get an extra gift before bed. The attention to detail was amazing. I honestly can not recommend this place enough.

This place is immense! Pink from top to toe and the rooms are amazing, i honestly couldn't believe how gorgeous this place was. Not crowded and massive like some places in Bali, walking distance to the beach in Uluwatu as well. Lively street right out the front with plenty of pubs and restraints and stores. And the staff are BEYOND amazing! They supply special evening treats and surprises through the day. The manager was such a beautiful lady, everyone was so kind, but when I was leaving she was so empathetic as I'd fell asleep bit ill in the last few days of my stay and she went above and beyond to make sure I was ok. Even gave me a gift when I left ❤️ Cannot recommend this place more - its an absolute experience. Inclusive to all and ran by genuinely kind people.
