Not ‘Grand’ anymore but great location and comfortable.
Pros:

Great location in the city centre, right next to the museum, shops and restaurants. Good value for money. Car parking.

Cons:

Needs refurbished. Very dated, Curtains too small for the window, no shower head and the Wi-Fi doesn’t reach the room. But it was clean and the staff were helpful.

Pros:

Lokacija, ogromna soba, veoma ljubazno i srdačno osoblje za svaku pohvalu, ljudi koji tu rade su za 10.

Cons:

Kreveti nisu baš udobni, škripe, vidi se da su dotrajali 6/10 ocena. Piše da poseduje parking, u stvari to su samo 4 parking mesta(koja teško da su ikada slobodna), za toliki hotel, premalo. Sreća pa je u toj ulici bilo mesta za parking.

This hotel truly has a soul. It’s perfectly located, and what makes it even more special are the wonderful people who work there - kind, warm, and genuinely welcoming. Highly recommended!

Superb location, polite and helpful staff.
Pros:

Location was superb really. Short walk to all major landmarks in central Valjevo. Staff was really POLITE and super HELPFUL (real speak), e.g. director helped us pay a parking ticket by personally accompanying us to a payment point.

Cons:

Hotel's a bit dated that's all. AC in our room couldn't turn off it was kinda cold but we didn't bother anyone about it.

Disappointing
Cons:

Loud music until 22.30 from a neighboring restaurant, parts of the hotel run down, no english speaker at the reception. Will not return.
