Una guesthouse encantadora, que deberia cambiar el nombre de su establecimiento.
Pros:

La amabalidad de la familia que lo regenta siempre atentos a tus necesidades y intentando ayudar en todo lo posible.

Hubo un corte de agua y nos facilitarin botellas de agua para que pudieramos beber.

Cons:

No es un hotel es una guesthouse, porque lo que se deberia eliminar la palabra “hotel” del nombre porque crea confusión.

Reservé en este establecimiento porque tenian piscina, pero en el folio que te dejan en la habitacion explicando los servicios del “hotel”, te indican que la piscina se cobra a 5000 arm por hora y por persona. Es la primera vez en mi vida que veo que un hotel te cobre por utilizar una piscina, y mucho menos que te cobre por horas de utilización (y he viajado mucho).

La puerta de la habitación tiene una seccion de cristal por lo que cuando t vas a dormir entra luz de la escalera que te molesta para poder dormir.

Highly recommended
Pros:

You will find it like your home. The staff are very friendly and they do whatever they can to make your stay comfortable. Rooms are super clean. People are super kind and for sure you will find here one of the attractions of Yerevan. It’s not just Hotel, it’s a place that a family has made it by love.

Уютный дом, гостеприимные хозяева, приятная домашняя атмосфера, бассейн, вкусно готовят! В целом очень положительные эмоции! Спасибо Марии и всей семье! Были всей семьёй, с детьми, всем рекомендую!

Pros:

Very helpful and friendly family. You can get a cup of tea with "oladushek" any time you want. The atmosphere is very warm. Breakfast is also fully ok. Not expensive but delicious and includes everything you need.

Cons:

The location is ok if you travel by car otherwise it's too far from all the places of interest. In the middle of nowhere, very dark area, not possible to walk anywhere. Also air-conditioning was working in one part of the room while another space was a sauna. Guests are young and noisy. Disturbing for those who have a trip booked at 9am.

Pros:

Выбираели отель специально ближе к автовокзалу, потому что рано утром на маршрутку.
Комната довольно маленькая для троих, но нам нужно было только переночевать, поэтому нормально. В комнате всё есть - своя ванная, полотенца, средства, фен. Кровати удобные.
Есть даже бассейн! Небольшой, конечно, но ребенок был в восторге. Пока дочь купалась, мы сидели рядом на балкончике и пили вино)
Спасибо отдельное за завтрак. Накормили нас чуть раньше, чем положено было. И так вкусно! Оладушки даже с собой в дорогу положили))) спасибо). Ещё и домашним тортом угостили!

Cons:

Конечно, было шумновато от автовокзала. Но при закрытых окнах нормально. И не для прогулок место. Но нам и не нужно было! Зато с утра пешком дошли до маршрутки

Pros:

Доброжелательный персонал, помогли с чемоданами, в день выезда гуляли по Еревану, вернулись все мокрые, нас пустили в душ в бассейне, за это огромное спасибо!

Cons:

На мой взгляд, гостиница на букинге несколько переоценена.

Bien pour un départ matinal en bus
Pros:

Bien placé tout près du terminal de bus, très pratique pour une arrivée tardive ou un départ matinal.(tout prêt à pied).
Calme dans l'ensemble mais on entend bien quand même les allées et venues de la famille à travers la cage d'escalier.
Hotel familial, très sympathique. J'ai même eu le droit à une part de gâteau d'anniversaire de la maman.

Cons:

Un peu cher par rapport à la prestation et l'emplacement, assez loin du centre ville.
La literie a vraiment fait son temps, il serait temps de remplacer le matelas (sinon c'est très confortable et propre).
