Schoon en fijne kamer.
Pros:

Erg schone kamer. Nette badkamer, met goede douche.

Cons:

Het was een beetje warm, maaar er stonden twee ventilatoren die voor voldoende verkoeling zorgde.

The stay was not the best experience.

I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a peaceful stay or a safe and comfortable area. The location is surrounded by pubs and nightclubs, but unfortunately they are not the type of places that create a pleasant atmosphere. At night, the area becomes extremely noisy, making it difficult to sleep.

The surroundings did not feel safe, with many drunk people and occasional disturbances from people under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Even in the early morning, there were people shouting and drinking outside. The area also looked quite dirty and poorly maintained.

The check-in experience was also very disappointing. The access code provided did not work for the main entrance door, and we spent almost 15 minutes repeatedly trying to enter the code. In the end, by randomly entering numbers, the door suddenly opened by chance. Luckily, my room door code worked, but having a non-working main entrance code at midnight, in an area that already felt unsafe, and no one to assist except a useless AI bot, was a very stressful and unpleasant experience.

Overall, the hotel itself was just acceptable, but the poor location, noise, safety concerns, and check-in issues made the stay uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place and would not choose to stay here again.

We had slippers!

Booked through booking.com and was cancelled at the last minute and moved to this accommodation as an alternative. Self check in wasn't easy, the room was of poor quality with parts of the bathroom falling apart, shower cubicle part fell off.! Not worth the money, we've been on a European driving tour through France, Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland and Italy this was the most expensive and by far the worst! Definitely would not recommend!

Simple accommodation in the center of area of pubs and bars.
Pros:

Surprisingly clean rooms. Simple decor, no clutter.

Cons:

The neighborhood is bit seedy.

Self checking guide did not reach me after my reservation. I had to ask it - the response was super fast though and all got sorted out immediately. For support, there was QR code on the door, linking to WhatsApp.

Zimmer 5 entsprach exakt den Abbildungen und Beschreibungen; wir hatten trotz der Lage während unseres Aufenthalts keine Sicherheitsbedenken; auch in diesem Stadtteil leben und arbeiten sehr freundliche Menschen

Kommunikation mit dem Hotel-Personal nur über Whatsapp, also nicht nur Self-Check In; der erste Zugangscode, der entsprechend der Beschreibung am Vortag der Anreise angefragt und prompt übermittelt wurde, war am Anreisetag schon nicht mehr aktuell; kaum sichere Parkmöglichkeiten im näheren Umkreis (die Parkgarage am Helvetiaplatz ist eher teuer)

Cons:

Nicht ganz sauber, Dusche und Boden. Fenster von der Dusche kann nicht abgedeckt werden. Bewohner von gegenüber liegende Balkon/Fenster können hereinschauen.
Im Sommer viel zu heiss, Ventilator reicht da total nicht aus. Verlängerungskabel würde hilfreich sein, wenn keine Klimaanlage installiert wird.
