Sicherlich ist es hier am Wochenende nachts lauter, darüber muss man sich im Klaren sein.

Pros:

L'hotel è nuovo e le camere sarebbero anche carine... se non fosse per:
- assenza di climatizzazione (da evitare nella stagione calda) e
- il quartiere pessimo... strada piena di prostitute a caccia di clienti e gente poco raccomandabile.
TREMENDO!

Cons:

hotel sprovvisto di aria condizionata. Temperatura soffocante.
Quartiere rumorosissimo (musica tecno ad altissimo volume tutta la notte. La musica è stata spenta alle 7 del mattino. Il rumore tremendo della strada è finito alle 8:00 del mattino...
Prostitute e gente poco raccomandabile per strada....
Esperienza da non ripetere.

コストに対してのクオリティはありますが、リッチがとにかく良くないです
Pros:

部屋は綺麗でした。泊まるには問題ないクオリティーです。チェックインもネットなのでスムーズでした

Cons:

リッチはかなり悪いです。駅からは徒歩圏内ですが、ホテルの周りが繁華街で、夜出歩くには危険だと感じます。また、35度の暑い日だったのですが、エアコンがないので寝苦しく、気候によってはお勧めしません。

Chambre bien renfermée quand même. Et en plus dans notre frigo il y avait un pot de yogourt déjà ouvert. À ce demander s’ils ont bien nettoyer les chambres avant ?

De kamer was prima, best ruim. Alleen was het jammer dat er geen airconditioning aanwezig was.

Cons:

De buurt waar het hotel zich bevindt is echt verschrikkelijk. Je zit in een soort hoerenbuurt en de hoeren staan je letterlijk voor de deur van het hotel op te wachten.

Der Reinigungsservice leistet SEHR GUTE Arbeit. Die Sauberkeit ist das Positive an dem Hotel.

Cons:

Keine Kommunikation möglich - eine Anfrage zum early check in blieb schlicht unbeantwortet. Das Umfeld des Hotels im Stadtgebiet ist problematisch, für Familien/Kinder wohl ungeeignet wegen der Straßenprostitution. Die Umgebung ist Tag und Nacht sehr laut; keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer. WLAN-Zugang ist nicht möglich, da PW unauffindbar im Hotel. Kein Personal vor Ort. Schade!

Keine Klimasnlage, kein Ventilator, Zimmer im EG mit Fenstern auf die Straße, also nachts einsehbar, wenn Rollos geöffnet sind. Die Folge: Temperatur im Zimmer sehr hoch.

We were able enjoy our stay, getting about to do what we wanted.
Pros:

Spacious. Cooling fan supplied was much appreciated.

Cons:

Noisy area. Lots of noise from local night club. Also early hours locals talking loudly in street.
Only one drinking glass. Only one tea spoon. No cloths for wiping surfaces. Just the one bedside table.
