Good location, quiet at night, comfortable bed, very clean, nice shower and bathroom.

Cons:

Air conditioner didn't work well and barely cooled the room. No actual person at reception if there are any problems. No shampoo in the room.

La ubicación buenisima para descubrir el centro de Alicante y salir por la noche. Tampoco lejos de la playa (15 min andando)

L hotel est parfaitement placé. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. Le mobilier est un peu vieillot et meriterait un coup de jeune mais ce n est pas tres gênant, nous ne sommes restés qu une nuit. ( éclats sur les meubles, porte du frigo qui ferme mal, store de la cuisine qui ne monte pas jusqu en haut)
Le ménage est limite ( poussière et chaussettes sales sous le canapé lit que nous avons utilisé).
Le personnel est tres reactif par message surtout si il vous donne une chambre deja occupée 😅.
Frigo et minimum de vaisselle permettent de déjeuner sur place. Nous n avons pas vu de salle prévue pour le petit déjeuner.
Ne pas hésiter ! Le format suite est intéressant : 2 chambres qui communiquent par une porte, 2 salles de bains indépendantes et 1 canape lit !

Cons:

Le ménage pourrait être un peu plus poussé. Le rafraîchissement de certains meubles serait nécessaire.

Location is great - very central, yet quiet street.

Cons:

My major issue was with the low level of cleanliness. Furthermore, it is expensive for very simple amenities the accommodation offers. Note that this is not a hotel, there is no reception, you are asked to do a self check-in.

Pobyt w mieście super. Warto odwiedzić:)

Lokalizacja, bezkluczykowy dostęp i późne zameldowanie, co nie wszędzie jest możliwe.

Cons:

Niestety podczas całego pobytu 5 nocy, wydzielał się smród z kanalizacji. Nie można było wytrzymać. Ze względu na temperaturę na zewnątrz nie było mowy o wietrzeniu. Nie wiem czy w całym obiekcie to miało miejsce, może po prostu mieliśmy pecha. Ale za taki koszt pobytu to wogole nie powinno mieć miejsca. Na pewno nie będziemy polecać. Dodam że nie jesteśmy bardzo wymagający.

location of the property is very good and handy for parking nearby and accessible to food and other facilities.

Cons:

the accommodation was booked late at night and paid online. It took some time trying to access the property as there was no physical person on site and all booking was done online. We tried to make contact with the property owner by phone and email but there was no response. We had to contact booking.com to obtain assurance and access code to the property
