Zimmer okay, Check-In ein NO-GO

Zentrale Lage

Cons:

Leider mussten wir über eine Stunde regelrecht um die Check-In Daten für sechs Gäste und drei gebuchte Zimmer betteln. Etwas vergleichbares ist mir tatsächlich noch nie passiert. Der Betreiber baut offensichtlich auf eine künstliche Intelligenz am Telefon, welche dem Gast in einem solchen Fall aber nicht wirklich weiterhelfen kann. Am Ende gab es anstelle weder Verständnis noch eine Entschuldigung, so geht man nicht mit Gästen um.

L'hotel dice di avere un parcheggio da prenotare... Ho prenotato il parcheggio per la mia auto quando ho prenotato la camera ben 5 giorni prima del mio arrivo, ma nonostante i solleciti non mi hanno mai risposto... così mi sono ritrovato a cercare un parcheggio pubblico alle 21:00 ad Augsburg centro...
Le risposte ai clienti vengono gestite dalla loro Intelligenza Artificiale... ecco forse il motivo per cui non ho mai ricevuto risposta alla mia richiesta se avevano o no un posto auto disponibile...

Pros:

Sehr zentral in der Altstadt gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Kein Personal zum Check in vorhanden. Der Code für die Schlüsselbox wurde nicht übermittelt. Ich hin lange in einer Warteschleife bis ich den Code hatte. Das WC/Dusche ist nicht im Zimmer sondern im Flur.

Diskret, Rezeptions frei, gute Lage

Cons:

Ein teures Zimmer gebucht und ein günstigeres erhalten, wo das Badezimmer nicht mal auf meinem Zimmer war. Als ich bei der Hotline anrief, hieß es das es keine Zimmer mehr gibt, warum konnte ich es dann buchen. Sehr schlechter Service!

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt gut, aber mit Verbesserungspotenzial.
Pros:

Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr gut. Ausstattung ist nicht schlecht. Es ist genügend Platz gewesen. Obwohl die Lage im Zentrum ist, im Anbau war sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Einiges aber (z.B. Couch) wäre gut zu erneuen. Evtl. sind mal hier die Gäste mit einem Hund gewesen und es war danach nicht ordentlich sauber gemacht. Unter dem Couchkissen war gar nicht staubgesaugt.
Im Schlafzimmer war auf den Nachttischchen und Bodenleisten viel Staub.

Das Gefrierfach des Kühlschranks war nicht abgetaut, hatte viel Eis.

Zimmer in Paterre zum Innenhof lag direkt an Rauchmöglichkeit für andere Gäste......Sehr störend durch Rücksichtslosigkeit, Rauch- und Geräuschbelästigung z.T.mitten in der Nacht
