Perfecto en Arequipa
Pros:

Súper cómodo y céntrico. Además, una atención excelente. Hicimos el trekking por el colca y nos guardaron las mochilas por dos días, y luego nos ofrecieron bebidas.

Camas cómodas y buena ubicación
Pros:

Un hotel con buena ubicación, camas muy cómodas y desayuno completo (terraza con vistas al volcán). Disponen de infusiones 24 horas y la mujer que atiende es muy amable.

Cons:

La primera habitación donde dormimos era un poco pequeña y sin ventanas que se pudiesen abrir. La única ventana que había daba a un patio donde entraba la luz incluso de noche.

Pros:

Posizione centralissima accanto al monastero di Santa Catilina. Colazione sul terrazzo continentale buona

Cons:

Letto scomodo e problemi con scarichi sia del lavandino che del water. Staff cosí cosí. Impossibile fare check in con 1 ora di anticipo. Non ci hanno neanche fissato il transfert per arrivarci

Ottima posizione centrale, in una via poco affollata dove quindi non senti in caos della città. Pulizia, accoglienza dello staff. Terrazza dove si fa la colazione bellissima con vista sul misti. Stanza calda con stufetta

Pros:

Once we obtaied the better room, the conditions were good. Also the location and the staff were great. They were helping us when we had to resolve the problems with our trip doe to closed roads.

Cons:

When we first arrived, we were given the room in the ground floor with the window to the corridor, which was not too good. But on our request, the room was changed to a much better one.
