Pros:

Absolutely beautiful Victorian hotel in such a fabulous location.
We had lunch outside the front of the hotel which was spotless and flower filled.
Stayed overnight, excellent hotel and an amazing breakfast.
We will be back.
Very dog friendly.

Loved it, we will be back and we will recommend.
Pros:

The staff at the hotel were amazing, we had the best time. The rooms were lovely, food was outstanding, we had evening meal and breakfast. We will be back.

Cons:

My only complaint will sound a little strange, but the rooms were too warm, a little uncomfortable to sleep in.

Pros:

Lovely & spacious, the room was beautifully decorated, bathroom was spacious, the view from the bedroom was of Bamburgh Castle, what’s not to like.

Cons:

Nothing, comfortable friendly hotel, staff were lovely

La struttura, bellissima e affascinante, con un gradevole patio esterno. Gli interni finemente arredati. La camera piccola ma confortevole e dotata di tutto l'occorrente. La colazione, con cucina di livello.

Cons:

Il wifi si potrebbe migliorare, importante perché in quella zona non prendeva la rete mobile.

Nice hotel, location was excellent and food really good
Pros:

Location was amazing. Room was lovely except too many stairs for an 81 and 76 year old to climb and take luggage up. Restaurant/food excellent.... and very friendly and professional staff . Extremely clean hotel would definitely stay there again but would ask for a different room level

Room was on the top floor so too many stairs and no lift

A very expensive unclean room which spoiled a special occasion.

Requested Superior Double room via Booking.com which indicated not dogs allowed in this type of room, however to our detriment we found out when leaving the room had had a dog staying the previous night even though when we arrived and told them we needed a pet free room and were assured it was. Leading to a very difficult nights sleep as we are both very allergic to dogs.
Along with this we felt most of the waitresses weren’t very friendly and lacked customer service skills.

Great location, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Terrible WiFi and as it’s an old building, a touch noisy (people up and down the stairs, along corridors, the doors opening/closing)

In orde voor een nacht, voor een langer verblijf niet aan te raden.
Pros:

De lokatie, nette badkamer. Prima gedineerd en uitstekend ontbijt. Fijne mensen in de bediening.

Cons:

Vele trappen klimmen naar de kamer, het waren 41 treden. De matrassen waren doorgezakt, er zaten kuilen in.
