Good location, but...
Pros:

Location, staff assistance, underground parking, room was clean.

Cons:

Poor maintence of room general maintenance - duct tape used to "fix" lamp shade, broken wall switch cover with portion missing. Breakfast was just ok.

Overall it is great accommodation and cleanliness. The beds are comfortable and had a good night sleep.
Pros:

Good location, middle of the city and convenient to all directions. Went in early Oct and already in Halloween theme, the staffs are friendly and hotel has a fun vibe.

Cons:

Only a little disappointed with the limited breakfast option. The only warm food served were potatoes and scrambled eggs but both tasted bland. Coffee warmer couldn’t really keep coffee hot. But also saw staff pour new coffee into the old coffee, maybe that’s why… I understand it is not a real restaurant, so I am grateful there are breads/ muffins available just to fill the stomach needs.

Pros:

I love the fact that they were able to get me earlier than the check in time. I traveled very far and only had a small amount of time with my best friend. We are very unfamiliar with large cities and it would have been a nightmare navigating through it. Thank you for making our time meaningful and memorable.

Cons:

There wasn't anything I didn't like. The staff was very respectful and helpful.

Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. Quarto limpo e organizado. Café da manhã com muitas opções e muito bom. Estávamos de carro e foi muito fácil estacionar e se locomover ao redor de onde estávamos. Ficamos apenas 1 noite.

Economically priced hotel. Big rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff. Cleanliness was lacking.

Cons:

We arrived at 4:00, and could not check in because the staff at the front desk were waiting for a list from housekeeping. About 4:15 we left to go to dinner and then checked in when we returned around 7:00. Also, there was garbage everywhere (on the ground, bins overflowing, lobby, etc) when we arrived - outside and inside. Halls had not been vacuumed, etc. However, it was all cleaned up by the time we returned. They must be short staffed with housekeeping.

Room and stay was fine, but no coffee or notice about it was inexcusable.
Pros:

Room was spacious and met our needs. Checking staff was extremely friendly and let us check in a little early.

Cons:

They were out of coffee in the morning (claimed that coffee pot was down) and didn’t place any signs to let people know or at least try to get instant coffee for guests. Coffee is an essential part of breakfast for most. Lots of guests were stating that was ridiculous.
