Overall nice staff, clean facility and decent location for my appointments.
Pros:

The breakfast was good, decent variety of choices. Facility was clean and room was nice.

Cons:

Perhaps a little bigger and firmer pillows, one of the two elevators went out of service on the last few days of our stay but this was only a miner inconvenience.

Location was good

Cons:

No housekeeping done in spite of repeated requests!!! Same breakfast served everyday during my 4 days of stay.. fruit portion ran out 1 hour before breakfast closing time.. coffee creamer etc, were not available/ functioning

Charged car parking at a rate higher than that was indicated on booking.com

The feelings of location were amazing and so safe.
Pros:

My husband and I enjoyed jacuzzi. My dog and I enjoyed walking long into the big place. All of us were surprised because we felt so safe and comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we struggled to sleep better because the bed and pillows were so awful. We felt uncomfortable. It looked like the bed and pillow worn out.

my second time staying at this hotel and definitely won’t be my last. I’m never disappointed when it comes to the room,
Pros:

The location was perfect. Right around the corner from family I was visiting. I enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning. The woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

Even when I got there at 3am they were doing some type of construction right outside, kinda noisy.

It was a clean restful stay.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The accessible room for handicap guest for excellent. My room was across from the elevators.

Clean, convenient, good breakfast, comfortable quiet room... the only challenge was hwy 90. Turning on the fan solved that.

Decent service and good luggage dropoff, but system problems left me unimpressed.
Pros:

We were allowed to stop by early and leave our luggage in secure storage. This enabled us to sightsee without worrying about our stuff being in what thieves can recognize as a rental car. This complimentarty service was much appreciated. It was painless to recover our luggage later at check-in time.

Cons:

Constant system problems. People in line trying to check-in, with one overworked experienced staffer and some trainees to handle it all, but it was clear that the system (apparently a new system that you recently changed over to) was not working correctly and defeating the best efforts of your staff. Fix it. Better yet, put management on the front lines so they can see what's going on.

Perfect Place to Stay
Pros:

This is our first time at the Eastgate Best Western Hotel in Bellevue, Washington, and we loved our stay!! The staff is very accommodating and friendly, and the rooms are clean, fresh and very comfortable! It was a bonus to have access to guest laundry, which was easy to use and a tidy, clean space. They also serve a hot breakfast with a variety of good food to choose from.

After cleaning the room, still hair was in bathroom. So needs more additional care for House Keeping.

Fantastic!
Pros:

Upon check-in there were about 8 check ins in line ahead of me, and a couple more behind me. Edna was the only person at the front desk did, but she did such an outstanding job! She was professional, calm, apologetic, kind, and quick. She diligently and gracefully juggled checking guests in, handling housekeeping requests, and tending to the large party’s guests from the banquet room…all with a smile! She didn’t let the strain of being so short staffed effect her guest services. Employees like that are hard to come by!!!! She deserves a raise and all the praise in the world.

Cons:

Bathtub and sink didn’t drain well in the room.

Decent stay for the price, friendly staff.
Pros:

Very low covered entry/ front, about 9’ maybe 9’6” ?
Nice people and staff. Clean. Actually quiet and I got some sleep. Breakfast was fine and plenty of it. Challenging parking for full size trucks and no drive around or through traffic if over 9’ it’s full circle back through front drop off.
Decent stay for the price.
