The rooftop pool is cold/heated and closed for maintenance on Tuesdays. The Club Premium pool, covered and heated, is closed on Mondays for maintenance and the entire Club space is closed for 1h every day (9am and 3pm) for cleaning.

Excelente hotel. Sempre tento me hospedar nesta rede quando vou para Brasília. O diferencial é a localização. Central,, fácil acesso, perto de um shopping e perto de uma rodoviária/estação de ônibus metropolitanos.
Espero que os quartos de solteiros possam ficar em andares mais altos. Achei ruim que os quartos de solteiro fiquem somente até o 4° andar.
Gostei muito da localização do hotel, que é bastante conveniente. A comida estava excelente, especialmente o café da manhã, e a limpeza dos ambientes também foi muito boa.
O atendimento na recepção poderia melhorar. Em alguns momentos, os funcionários pareceram pouco receptivos e poderiam ser mais educados, cordiais e simpáticos com os hóspedes.

Cobrança de cama extra. Pois na hora da reserva está escrito que a criança dormirá em uma cama que já está incluída no preço. Só não avisam que é a mesma cama que você.
