The property provides all necessary amenities for a short stay (accommodation, breakfast, downstairs bar and meals, safe parking, etc) and is well-located for visiting nearby Derry/Londonderry or for starting a tour of Donegal. The staff were friendly and helped us to get a taxi as well as dealing with minor issues promptly.
The room smelt a little musty when we arrived but was fine once we aired it. The property is also right next to a busy road but once closed the windows kept most of the noise out and it was quiet enough at night.

The room was smelling very bad and was too hot (despite fact that our heating was off). Beds weren’t very comfortable.

Breakfast was acceptable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Superficially clean, but carpet was grubby and doors were thick with months of dust. One of the window catches was broken, so there was constant outside noise. No hairdryer in the room and cups were only rinsed out, rather than replaced after use. The pillows were old and lumpy. The bathroom was reasonably clean.

Service was terrible, waited a hour to be checked in, number missing off the door! No hot water for the shower! Head board for the bed was hanging to one side.
