Very basic accomodation. I would not want to stay again.
Pros:

Breakfast was acceptable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Superficially clean, but carpet was grubby and doors were thick with months of dust. One of the window catches was broken, so there was constant outside noise. No hairdryer in the room and cups were only rinsed out, rather than replaced after use. The pillows were old and lumpy. The bathroom was reasonably clean.

Service was terrible, waited a hour to be checked in, number missing off the door! No hot water for the shower! Head board for the bed was hanging to one side.

Nice hotel but some small issues.
Pros:

Hotel was nice, food was fab and staff friendly.

Cons:

Firstly when we walked into room there was a false nail in the middle of the floor, did not belong to us. After ordering a main we opted for dessert, when cutlery was placed in from of us a silverfish crawled out of the napkin. We headed off for showers but there was no pressure or hot water. A tripped switch being the issue, but when fixed pressure was still bad. Flush on the toilet very poor. Sheet did not stay in position on the bed. Had to source a cot from the hallway ourselves for baby as none was provided.

Lovely hotel.
Pros:

The rooms were lovely and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Lovely breakfast every morning. Will be back.
