Nothing
Rooms weren’t clean, cobwebs, stained mugs, numerous hairs in sink and a dirty toilet. Most bizarre village, nowhere to eat except pizza place, locals stare at you like they’ve never had visitors to the area
The building is amazing a 200 year converted coach house with loads of character! The owners couldn't have been more welcoming it was a pleasure to speak to Barry and we know that when we are ready to explore more of Shropshire we have the perfect place to stay!
Nothing
Friendly owners, nice comfy hotel

The rooms are really cosy and comfortable
Nothing
Clean, comfortable, friendly welcome.
Tricky to find the entrance, as the front door was locked and the signs call the place by a different name.
Friendly, welcoming and helpful owners. Near lots of places to visit.
Curtains in the rooms could do with blackout curtains as couldn’t sleep well due to bright street lamp outside.
Due to being disabled and struggled to have to climb lots of stairs as our room was on the top floor. Really need to consider this with guests that are disabled.
Very welcoming atmosphere, the hosts even have recommendations for breakfast the next morning! Was very clean and cosy.
Could do with WiFi
A beautiful old Hotel with lots of character
The room was quite large and airy. The bed was comfy if a little hard. The bathroom was small but modern with a large walk in shower.
When we arrived early there was noone at the property so we could leave our bags and no answer on the phone numbers given.
The room was on 2nd floor up very steep narrow stairs - we were not warned of this in advance.
The property is on the High Street and, because it was hot and we needed the window open, there was a lot of noise from the street.
Breakfast is an extra £12.
The host was very welcoming when we arrived quite late at night. The room was exceptional, very well equipped and modern despite the building being old. Unfortunately due to having to leave so early in the morning we didn't get the chance to have breakfast there. A great location and I would definitely stop here again
Nothing, it exceeded expectations
Great location for where we needed to be to celebrate a friends birthday. Modern rooms, quiet, comfy beds and we fabulous staff.
I can’t say we didn’t like anything about it as only stayed 1 night and it was perfect for us to rest our head. If I had to say maybe a little modernising downstairs but to keep the quirkiness of it.
Large spacious rooms. Comfortable bed. Friendly welcoming owners. Great breakfast.
Not much. Blinds didn't work. That's it.
Warm welcome - superb room and location - great value
Loved everything
