Pros:

staff are really nice, the foyer feels nice, but rooms are a bit old and basic for the price

The rooms are very underwhelming, old fitout, no minibar, cracked sink. The place needs a refurb

Great staff great attention to detail and a great experiance

Maintenance issue with my room the trouble the Angelo went to not only to fix the issue but to ensure everything was in working order was amazing

Great location, convenient parking.

Cons:

$46 for 3 bottles of water, when there was no water supplied in the room, was overly expensive.

Also had to request additional towels twice as there wasn’t enough for our room equivalent to our booking

Pros:

Room was tidy and clean and was ready early which was a massive bonus. The location is amazing as everything you need is only within walking distance.

Polite staff, great location, excellent buffet, rooms aging
Pros:

Reception staff were polite and helpful, buffet breakfast excellent variety, location and parking central to everything, beds comfortable, good value compared to other places I priced for the same conditions (2 double beds, in cbd, onsite parking and restaurant).

Rooms a bit worn out, due for upgrade

Very good except for parking situation

Cons:

Parking - car park full during entire stay. Had to use carpark across the road. Needed to come back to hotel on several occasions - charged $10 each time ducked into hotel due to no day rate plus $30 over night. Also had to drag bags across the road. Hotel should have a deal with carpark where users can pay a flat $50 (for example) for a 24 hr period when then are unable to provide advertised parking or even 'set down' parking.

Bed was so comfortable, room was lovely and clean, position is excellent, plenty to do in area and can walk, parking underneath was easy, great place to stay

Great staff, bed was comfortable and clean. Very close the everything.

Cons:

There was a tooth brush left in the shower, so it wasn't cleaned properly and I had to ask for our slippers and robes. Also parking for guests should be free. It was $AUD 50 per night. Very expensive.
