Location & concierge staff
Nothing
It was clean and easily accessible
Frukosten
Tyvärr väldigt slitet överallt från dina egna ytor i rummet ner till lobbyn, delvis under renovering,
Förstår inte riktigt att det är fem stjärnigt hotell
Dock bekväm säng och bra frukost
The location was exactly right, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The beds were comfortable.
The room was a bit shabby and run down, including the bathroom. The toilet was older and did not flush so well. There was no toothbrush or other items that one expects from a higher-end hotel. All in all, it had the feel of a reasonable three-star hotel, but was a long way from luxury.
Staff very helpful especially as they had cut open the locks on my case!! Breakfast good. Room great. Will stay here again when back in Brisbane.
Due to the weather, we couldn't go to the pool bar along with the fact it is closed on Sunday nights.
The restaurant down stairs was convenient, staff were amazing and everything was close by
Cleaning at the hotel is very POOR! Room was extremely dusty, had us sneezing all night and air con was poor as well. We had to request the cleaner to clean certain areas because they cleaned spaces people could see not hidden areas that collect heavy dust

rachel was exceptional and amazing. she made the stay great and memorable
"The staff were exceptional! A special shout-out to Justin at the front door; his warm welcome and great personality made us want to come back again. All the reception staff were incredibly helpful and gave us excellent recommendations. They made our stay so pleasant that we didn't want to leave!"
"The shower water pressure was quite weak compared to other hotels. Also, there was water dripping from the showerhead onto my head while I was soaking in the bathtub, which was a bit annoying. The tub itself is quite shallow—I understand it’s a classic style, but it wasn’t ideal for a good soak. Since the bath wasn't great, I tried to just shower, but then the water pressure was too low.
Comfortable and clean room
The shower has a water leak.
