The restaurant is outstanding. Sort of an odd location in the hotel atrium, but both dinner and lunch were among my best meals in Australia. Well done

The staff were all lovely and very helpful.
The eggs were slightly overcooked with no salt or pepper provided.
While the bathroom was clean the actual bath/shower was not as clean as I would expect for a 4.5 star hotel.

I LOVE everything about this hotel! Such a proper hotel!! I haven been to many hotel around the world. This is the only hotel (except 5 stars hotel like Ritz Carlton or Langham) that still has real flower bouquets at its lobby, complete mini bar and fancy coffee maker and boiling pot ( SMEG!!) the staff are super friendly and very helpful.
Location is perfect; short walk to the Railway Station-I took a train to Sydney. And easy access to bus stop to go to the museums and Canberra Center.

I had a free breakfast included in my booking but nobody informed me.
Their check-in & check-out were fast and smooth. On-site FREE parking was great. The room was clean and spacious.
The room/hotel was a bit old, e.g. bathroom fan wasn't strong enough for a hot shower.
Location
The facilities are not premium. As an example the shower was quite old and shaky
