Good value for money and very friendly staff
Pros:

Greeted by a very pleasant lady at reception that made checking and checkout a smooth and fast process

Cons:

Being Canberra it was quite cold and a spare blanket would have been handy. Bathrooms require refurbishment

Very pleasant stay, would definitely come back
Pros:

Dinner was exceptional, roasted pumpkin & kale salad with goat cheese and pomegranates as entré was delicious, main course of pan fried barramundi was perfect. There could perhaps have been a bit more of the cauliflower.
Lavazza coffee capsules provided in the room were very good, to my surprise better than my usual Nespresso.

Pros:

We had a lovely stay, staff were great. We had breakfast included during our stay which was value for money and the food was good. I like the bar and restaurant in the middle of hotel. Beds are comfortable and love the coffee machine in our room.

Pros:

I loved the bed and shower. The bed was super comfy including the pillows and the shower was nice and hot

Cons:

Meals just took a little long to come out at dinner time - but it was a nice meal nonetheless

Willing to try again but will book a bigger room and not stay during a peak period. Again, the food was excellent!

The food is EXCELLENT. The staff interactions were very polite, helpful, professional. The location is great and having access to free on-site parking (incl e chargers) was wonderful.

Cons:

The rooms are significantly smaller than shown on the website. The bathroom was quite confined and the run off from the shower created a hazard as it pooled around the toilet rather than down the drain. The room service was delayed twice and our room was missed during cleaning service BUT the hotel was full and it was school holidays so this could just be due to being understaffed during a busy period.
