Mala experiencia, mala atención al cliente; pésima relación presioncalidad, sucio y malos olores
Pros:

Pésimo lugar, mala experiencia la relación precio calidad es muy mala, envié reclamo al whatapp entregado por la persona de recepción con fotos y detallando problemas y no acusaron recibo

Cons:

- mala presión en la ducha
- ⁠sabanas manchadas
- ⁠filtración de aire por ventana importante entraba viento y las cortinas manchadas por la humedad y filtraciones
- ⁠me asignaron habitación en 3er piso y no avisan que no hay ascensor
- ⁠muros con humedad
- malos olores
- exceso de ruido en el exterior

Me ofrecieron habitación alternativa pero tenía solo una ventana que abría al techo de la cocina con los ductos, el olor era insoportable; me indicaron que no habían más alternativas por estar todo asignado.

La cercanía, comodidad , calefacción, atención, todo muy bien y muy bonito lugar.

Cons:

Que se escuchaba un poco de ruido en la sala 1 al menos que fue en la que me quede, sonaba no se si cañerías o como si movieran cosas.

Pros:

Localização, quarto pequeno mas aconchegante, limpo e canas confortáveis.
Local seguro, andamos bastante pelas redondezas sem nenhum problema.

Cons:

Na hora de fazer o checkout fui cobrada novamente, cheguei a pagar e qdo detectei o equívoco o atendente me devolveu o valor debitado indevidamente. Então, apesar do engano deu tudo certo!!
