Pros:

Fiquei apenas 1 pernoite, pois no dia seguinte peguei o trem para Santiago. O hotel é muito perto da ferroviária, o que facilitou muito (fui a pé). O prédio é antigo, e os banheiros são muito interessantes! Café da manhã simples, mas satisfatório. Funcionárias atenciosas.

Buena Experiencia

Al llegar tuvimos un imprevisto con la presión del agua en en el baño y fuimos cambiados de habitación de inmediato y sin ningún problema, Carol quien resolvió el problema fue muy diligente la verdad. No obstante lo anterior, es un muy buen hotel, cómodas camas, el baño de la habitación a la que nos cambiaron estaba impecable, el hotel tiene buena ubicación, casi al lado de la estación de trenes y muy cerca del centro, además de tener un personal muy atento y amable, En general fue una buena experiencia, el desayuno estaba bueno, podría tener más variedad, pero en general todo muy bien.

Desayuno aceptable, faltó algo dulce y la atención del personal excelente.

Cons:

Que mejoraría: poner calefacción en los dormitorios, porque pusieron una estufa eléctrica cuando llegamos al dormitorio, bajadas de cama y lámpara en los dos veladores .
