Pros:

If you like a vintage style, I can definitely recommend this place. The staff were very friendly and flexible, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Both of our rooms were clean, and we had a pleasant stay.

Cons:

Maybe it was just us, but we couldn't figure out how to plug our chargers into the sockets. In the end, we used an extension cord we found behind the mini fridge, but it was quite far from the bed. At least it meant we couldn't scroll on our phones before falling asleep! 😊

Escapade dans le temps
Pros:

Le mélange d'ambiance des trois cultures, un voyage dans le temps avec son style de décoration, le gentillesse de l'accueil. Les plats généreux. L'endroit entouré des vignes, dépaysant.

Cons:

C'est un peu perdu, sans le GPS on n'aura pas trouvé... arrivant début de soirée, on n'a pas pu profiter de la piscine.
L'eau est payante à table.

Pessima esperienza, sicurezza zero e gestione inesistente.

Sicuramente la struttura, pur essendo leggermente datata, mantiene il suo fascino.
La piscina ha una bellissima vibe retró e l'hotel di per sé ha una bellissima estetica e ottimi spazi.
La colazione è abbondante.

Non c'è una reale gestione.
Abbiamo vissuto un episodio gravissimo, mai successo prima. Siamo stati svegliati alle 3 del mattino da un allarme antincendio. Due persone ubriache hanno sfondato la porta delle colazioni per rubare del cibo. Moltissimi ospiti sono usciti nel panico.
Ad accoglierci per cercare di risolvere la situazione, letteralmente nessuno. Io e un paio di altri ospiti abbiamo chiamato i carabinieri mentre le persone ubriache ci hanno minacciato di farci fuori semplicemente perché stavamo sostando frastornati in pigiama.
Dopo un po' è arrivata una giovane ragazza della reception. Ha provato a chiamare di nuovo i carabinieri. Naturalmente non sapeva come gestire la situazione.
Nessun proprietario. Nessun responsabile.
La situazione si è risolta dopo 1 ora. Ci hanno fatti risalire. L'allarme è scattato di nuovo alle 4.30. NOTTE INSONNE.
Il mattino dopo, tutto come se niente fosse successo.
Nessuna scusa, nessuna "coccola", niente di niente.
Al che siamo passati noi per la reception e con grande presa per il culo, sminuendo l'accaduto, come se ci fossimo agitati per nulla ci è stato detto che ci offrivano un aperitivo, mai offerto.
Al checkout, che abbiamo preso con leggera calma uscendo 20 minuti dopo dalla stanza, siamo stati tampinati di telefonate. Mai successo prima. Quindi ci hanno fatto pagare, naturalmente senza nessuno sconto. Abbiamo insistito affinché ci venissero offerti almeno i due spritz presi in piscina.
La ragazza alla reception sembrava ci stesse facendo il favore più grande del mondo.

Schönes Hotel in traumhafter Lage im Collio
Pros:

Unser Zimmer war sehr schön, sehr groß und sehr sauber. Unsere Terrasse war riesig.

Cons:

Die Frühstücksleistung war leider nur befriedigend.
Es war nur ein sehr kleines Angebot, das an jedem Tag gleich war. Sehr schade für ein sonst sehr schönes Hotel.

Für Preis ein akzeptables Haus, man muss Absstriche akzeptieren.
Pros:

Frühstück für ein 3-Sternhaus passend. Gesamteidruck gut, ein altes Haus.

Cons:

Badezimmer-Armaturen nicht mehr ganz in Ordnung, Funktion mangelhaft.
Essensangebot ist nicht der Zeit entsprechend, besonders die Bedienung ist gewühnungsbedürftig.
