We reached the hotel at 10:45 PM and were informed that no rooms were available despite having a confirmed booking. Four of us had traveled from Hyderabad to Chennai by our own vehicle and were extremely tired.

No one from the hotel contacted us regarding our arrival, and the room was allotted to someone else without any communication. We searched for alternate accommodation until 2:30 AM but could not find a suitable room within our budget. As a result, we had to leave Chennai and travel to another location the same night.

This was a very disappointing experience. I request an explanation and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.

I was taken for a ride. I was asked to go a different hotel claiming that it is their property. They send me a location which was some other hotel.I was made to stay in a single bed for 3 persons .it was altogether a different hotel.only on seeing the rating I booked and got confirmation. But on arrival I was cheated. Being midnight I have no option to stay In another hotel and location send by them claiming that it is their hotel.

It is running with three names 1- kc residency 2nd - hotel yadvik 3rd- arn oyo .
Everywhere there are different prices and different photos.
One day from kc residency they took 3800 hundred.
The next day for hotel yadvik they took 2800.
I would not pay more than 700 for these rooms.
