Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt und ein herzliches Aufwiedersehen.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Wir wurden direkt freundlich und herzlich empfangen. Das Familienzimmer, auf das wir ein Upgrade bekommen hatten, fällt sehr großzügig aus und hat einen seperaten Raum für die Kinderbetten. DIe Zimmer sind, wie das gesamte Hotel sehr sauber. Den Wellnessbereich konnten wir leider nicht ausgiebig nutzen, da wir einfach zu wenig Zeit hatten. Sehr schade, er ist wirklich sehr einladend und gut gelungen.

Cons:

Kleines Manko war nur der Pool, der uns eher zu frisch war.

Schlechte Betten und Verkehrslärm durch Bahn und Kfz. 24/7

Sehr sauberes Hotel. Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal. Top Küche und vielfältige Abendgerichte.

Cons:

14 Jahre alte Matratze in unserem Zimmer. Sehr schlechte Liegekomfort. Kopfkissen auch sehr schlecht. Für ein 4*Sterne ungewöhnlich und Zumutung für gut zahlende Gäste.

Komfortzimmer schmal und klein. Ausziehcouch eine Katastrophe und nicht akzeptabele Ausstattung.

Ganz besondere Hinweis:

Keine ruhige Nacht bei den Komfortzimmern.
Diese liegen zur 100m entfernt liegenden Hauptverkehrsstraße und noch schlimmer zu der daneben liegenden 24/7 Bahnstrecke mit Güter- und Personenverkehr. Nachts starker Lärm durch Schienenverkehr und das sporadisch während der der gesamten Nacht! Mehrspurige Bahnhof ca. 500m entfernt.

Zimmer mit Badewanne aber Wasser nur mäßig warm. Auch ungewöhnlich für ein 4*Hotel.

Der Hotelchef spielt Kritik runter und hat uns nicht für ernst genommen. So unser Eindruck.

Extrem freundliche und zuvorkommende Chefs (Vater und Tochter)

Booked early but ended up with the 'adventure' room. Next to the kitchen and carpark. Got transferred to a single room

Family run establishment with attitude...beer very good!
Pros:

We stayed a few years ago...and loved it (so returned). Changes in interim (esp Spa area) look great...and extra parking!
