Lovely set menu meal. Nice staff

Cons:

Booked early but ended up with the 'adventure' room. Next to the kitchen and carpark. Got transferred to a single room

Family run establishment with attitude...beer very good!
Pros:

We stayed a few years ago...and loved it (so returned). Changes in interim (esp Spa area) look great...and extra parking!

Pros:

Literie confortable chambre spacieuse avec balcon vue sur montagne. Personnel attentionné et sympathique. Bon rapport qualité prix pour l'hébergement. Piscine et sauna très agréables.

Cons:

Manque un mini bar dans les chambres, repas pris sur place le premier soir buffet de salade restreind plat bon sans plus pas pris de dessert 35€/ personne trop cher .

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Lage war für uns ideal, da wir verschiedene Skigebiete besuchen wollten. Der neue Wellnessbereich ist richtig toll geworden. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und super freundlich.

Relaxing wintery wonderland in March
Pros:

Facilities were excellent! Saunas, pool, relaxation areas, slippers and gowns provided.
Great advise provided regarding skiing in the area. This made the entire experience very easy and relaxing. Parking at the door was free and lift to take up luggage was very much appreciated.
We booked 1/2 pension. Breakfast was lovely, dinners offered great variety but we had to request 1/2 portions as 5 courses and large portions was way too much food.
We had great snowfall during our March stay, which was a wonderful bonus!

Cons:

Laundry facilities would have been handy. We were able to have a bag of laundry washed for 20 euro, but would have preferred to do my own.

Exceptional hospitality, lovely saunas, and delicious food
Pros:

Breakfast was incredible, they had everything you could want and delicious coffee. The dinner was also delish, highly recommend doing full board. Overall, the customer service was incredible. My boyfriend broke his leg and they were so great about providing extra pillows and ice around the clock. In terms of amenities, I personally loved that there were three saunas downstairs by the pool. It was very relaxing and Zen. I also loved the tea selection. Overall, the hospitality was just incredible. We met a large group of people (10+ People) who come back to Hotel Mozart every year. You really feel like family when you stay here. Would definitively stay here again. Oh, and they actually had fluffy, amazing pillows! I feel like usually hotels have the flattest pillows, but the beds and pillows were so nice here.

Frühstück, neuer Spa-Bereich mit mehreren Saunen und Hallenbad, nette Mitarbeiter. Verkehrsgünstige Lage: in ca. 30min erreicht man Ischgl, St. Anton und Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis. Ideal um verschiedene Skigebiete zu besuchen.

Cons:

Die Kopfkissen sind nach meinem Geschmack etwas zu "prall". Ein richtiger Skikeller mit beheiztem Skischutrockner ist leider nicht vorhanden
