Pros:

אהבנו את ניקיון החדרים, ממש מבריק תענוג.
בעיקר חייבים לשבח את מרינה ששירתה אותנו בכל הארוחות במלון באדיבות ונעימות שאין כמותה, פשוט אישה מופלאה נעימה חייכנית , דאגה לנו ולילדים מאד והתאהבנו בה ממש. בכלל השירות והאדיבות מכל אנשי הצוות במלון הם ברמה הכי גבוהה שנתקלנו בה מכל המלונות שהיינו בהם.
הבריכה מדהימה החוף מושלם גם האבובים בנהר היו תענוג. החנות במלון עשירה ומלאה בכל מה שצריך וגם לא יקרה.
מבחר הקינוחים והפירות הטריים בכל ארוחה לאורך כל השהות היה מצוין וכיף.
האוכל האסיאתי באחד הערבים והסושי היה מצוין לעומת שאר הארוחות.

Cons:

1. המיזוג בחדר שיגע אותנו. בשעות הערב כנראה שהמלון חוסך ומנמיך את הקירור . פתאום ב22:00 חם נורא. ברגע שהתקשרנו לקבלה מיד התחיל המזגן לעבוד שוב .זה היה מאד לא נעים להבין שהם שולטים בקירור ופוגעים בנוחות שלנו.
יצא שהתלוננו על המיזוג שלוש פעמים כדי שיקררו.
2. הכיבוד בבריכה בבר היה עלוב. טורטיות בלי טעם ופיצות. זהו. בזה הסתכם הכל כלול.
3. המים בחדר אוכל. אין אפשרות למלא לעצמנו את הכוסות חייבים לבקש מהמלצרים כשרוצים מים. היה יכול להיות טוב אם היה מתקן מים קרים.
4. האוכל במלון טוב ומגוון, לא מעולה.
יום אחד בשבוע היה אסיאתי וסושי והיה מעולה.

relax totale e buon cibo a Faliraki
Pros:

Struttura rinnovata (ho visto molto cartongesso applicato con maestria in più locali,oltre che in camera), personale disponibile,gentile e sorridente; ottima piscina poco profonda (ideale per bambini) e facile accesso al mare antistante.
Buffett ricco, pulizia in ogni parte: possibilità di utilizzare una "lazy pool" in comune con un'altra struttura dello stesso gruppo, snack bar con ampia scelta di bevande.
Subito fuori l'hotel c'è la fermata dell'autobus che porta sia alla vicina Faliraki, sia a Rodi città.

Niente, il soggiorno è stato perfetto e ha ecceduto le mie aspettative.

Pros:

Páčil sa nám hotel vynikajúce jedlo milý personál hlavne čašník Dimitris bol úžasný ochotný a ústretový. Strávili sme v hoteli 8 dní a každý deň rozmanité jedlo na obed aj večeru. Pláž kamienková postupný vstup do mora. Lehátka k dispozícii. Program na hoteli každý deň cez deň aj večer kultúra. Radi sa do hotela vrátime znovu.

Cons:

Kvalita WIFI veľmi slabá. Potrebovala som pracovať a veľmi dlho všetko načítavalo.

Great Vacation
Pros:

We loved our vacation at the resort. We stayed on an all inclusive basis and had a great time.
Perfect beach & pool access. There were always free sunbeds available everywhere whether right on the beach front, by the poolside, or on the surrounding lawns. Great food & service: The buffet at all meals was rich, diverse. The staff was very pleasant, welcoming, and service oriented. Our standard room, comfortable, and came with a nice balcony. Right on the sidewalk outside the hotel, there is a bus stop with very convenient public transport to Rhodes. This stop also serves as the pickup point for pre booked tours.

Cons:

One of the elevators was out of order for 4 days, which created a major bottleneck and traffic on the single remaining elevator. Unfortunately, there was absolutely no acknowledgment of this issue from the hotel Staff. No apology and no compensation.

מלון פשוט עם חוף ים פרטי ,בריכה ומסלול אבובים
Pros:

חוף ים פרטי שמשיות וכסאות, מסלול אבובים. מיקום נוח ליד תחנת האוטובוס. ארוחות הכל כלול 24/7. מינימרקט בבנין. הופעות בערב במלון ובשדרת המלונות הצמודה. אוכל טעים בדרך כלל , והרבה מבחר. נוף של הים.

Cons:

מבנה החדר 322 לא נוח. שירותים קטנים מקלחת מול המיטה וזו היתה מיטת קווין. מתאים ליחיד.

Прекрасно отдохнули в этом отеле! Небольшая, но очень уютная территория, ленивая река, чистота, приветливый персонал, замечательные девушки аниматоры, очень вкусные десерты! С удовольствием вернёмся!

Almost a bang for your back
Pros:

The staff and selection of food were absolutely great

Cons:

Not enough pool/beach space for beds - the hotel was not half full and it was a challenge to get a double tanning bed next to a parasol.
No air vents in the bathrooms, TV systems across the bar are underwhelming (TV sizes, connection to the sound system), we were told that playing pool requires an extra charge. Water at the entrance desk should be mineral and not tap.

Cons:

Öncelikle yemekler bizi hiç memnun etmedi. Gıda çeşitliliği çok kısıtlı, lezzet ise çok vasattı. Özellikle kahvaltıda yiyecek bir şey pek bulamadık. Otel eski, iyi bir tadilata ihtiyacı var. Personelin bir kısmı halinde çok memnuniyetsiz gözüküyor.
